Load UI settings. Grab items/titles from mailbox, set title and possibly disable legacy name and set the legacy title depending on the character's position in the tree. Adjust quickbar commands to my preferences (move non-combat commands like quick travel, class buff, resting, pets, etc to additional bars, away from the numbered spaces). Finally remember to pick up the Revan holo from collections. Then remember to pick up titles in collections as well.

First I collect all the one hundred attachments from the mail, then I start doing the quests. I then complete the whole map plus the datacrons. I usually collect the datacrons while leveling on each planet. I have only 1 character so far that I leveled only by Kuat + Personal story missions only.

The first thing I do is get my outfit/weapons together from my collections and install lvl 9 blues in it. If I'm playing a healing class, I unlock HK. Send the character about $100,000 to get started. Open all the mail except those useless fireworks then start the game as normal.

I'm presuming that they mean that they have the attire ready for when they are of the level to be able to equip those equipments and I'm not sure about the stronghold part. Get items from collections, first the holotrainer I have. and an outfit. Its quite easy to do the starter planet in an adaptive cartel uniform without any mods or stuff in. but I do keep pick up items just in case I need them. After that I just go into the story and quests, don't rush them as I don't do PvP or warzones.
