[IMPORTANT] Character Loading Issues

Well last night after few days of smooth playing the lag and DC came back, got DC twice due to lag going to red point and then red cross

How long did it take?
Takes a good ten minutes to log in. After I am able to log in, the game will not load to the character select screen.

Hi i got porblem mine main character stuck can`t do nothing. I logoff on Guild ship guys moved ship for nxt planet and when i tryed to log on to start invasion i couldn`t. I did reinstal game nothing helped. All i manage is to after 3h wait log on with black screen and mini map showing that im on dramus kass. Can u try to move my char on fleet or somthing?

30 minutes. After alt tabbing out and tabbing back in the client crashed.

No. Only republic characters in my Couruscant stronghold are affected.

this was a joke all my guild had lag issues we are on red eclipse guild is senate guard we had 4 dc's and constant lag in a 8 man hm df group so we called it couldn't even do nefra it was that bad. We were from different countrys and all had different internet providers so definatly was nothing to do with our conection again. As proven in 2.8 the servers are stressed to hel please update them or get new ones or me and my partner will be looking at cancelling our subscription as im dreading 3.0 as it will cause more stress again and more problems please sort this.
Also took a good 15 mins plus for any us to get back in just to get kicked again

Yes all players..up to 3 minutes...warzone intro videos play while game loading (can hear the dialogue)

Waited about 30 min. Couldn't log in.
Only 1 imperial character on nar shaddaa sky palace
My loading bar gets to about a quarter to filling up and then it freezes. The cogs spin but the loading bar isn't moving. And it show my windows mouse icon and not the SWToR one.

It seems to be a stronghold issue for me. Now my main is stuck in loading screen.

No. Only my sniper who logged out in a guildmate's Tatooine Stronghold.


EDIT: Upon my guildmate logging on, I was able to load into his stronghold.

Rahal on the Ebon Hawk. She is/was in the Nar Shaddaa stronghold and the login progress bar fails to exceed 50%. I have tried midday, late evening, and early morning for the last few days. Occasionally, a default in-game character UI (no icons, no background, no characters, etc) will flash on the screen for less than a second before reloading the progress bar at 0%. After a 1/2-hour, the progress bar disappears and it shows an in-game mouse cursor, which alternates to a Windows cursor with a spinning ring. After a few minutes, it goes back to a progress bar. I submitted a ticket and performed the actions provided by the GM. The symptoms continue without change. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
