Subscriber looking for a guild!

I'm looking for a guild to join. I've tried a few, however, none of them have what I'm looking for.

First off, I'm a subscriber, and I have a LV 54 Jedi Sage and currently rolling a LV 25 Trooper. Republic side obviously.

I'm looking for a friendly and helpful guild. Everyone says that they are, however, I'm noticing that's not really the case, especially for new people joining, and who aren't LV 55.

I'm also looking for a guild that enjoys levelling and doing flashpoints. I'd like to get into Ops, however, I've never done one and have no idea where to start. Therefore I'd like to find a guild that can help me get started.

My other issue is rank. I totally understand joining a guild and being a "recruit" because I'm new. However, in my current guild, I've asked several high ranking officers how to get promoted, and what I can offer, and everyone gives me the same answer... "Well it's based on contribution, TeamSpeak, etc..." and no matter how much I offer help, donate to the guild bank, etc. no one ever promotes me past "recruit". I don't use TeamSpeak but I don't think that should hold me back from getting a simple promotion to "member".

I know it's just a title, and this sounds ridiculous, however, I want to be more than just a "recruit"... Even promoting me to just "member" status would at least make me feel like I'm part of the team.

I'd also like to join a guild that has the 10% xp bonus as well as being ready for, or close to, getting the guild flagship.

Sorry for the long winded post, but I'm tired of joining guilds only to find out it's just the same old, same old.

If you think your guild is a good fit for me, feel free to reply to this post... I'll be checking regularly.

Thanks for reading!

You're welcomed to join Legendary Guild.

Regarding the Recruit status: Each guild have their own rules and must be respected. However, here's how we do it in LG. The recruit status is 2 weeks, sometimes less. Then leveling toons and non-raiding 55 becomes Initiates. Raiding toon becomes Hero and higher. That can lead you to officer status if you've shown leadership and we are non-cliquish and non-elitist, we've had several kind of officers.

I personnally don't think you shouldn't be promoted because you never went in TS... but as a guild leader, I would not promote you to the higher ranks unless we've known you more.

Nobody should force you to be in Teamspeak, but it's strongly required if you are ever to run any of the latest HMs. Some of the mechanics requires people to be able to talk to one another. I strongly suggest that whatever guild you join, you get in their voice speak. If you are serious about raiding... don't wait.

Personally Most guilds now try to be somewhat social. And it is a lot easier to be social and meet new players on a voice communication program then it is using the in-game chat. And by moving up, do you mean from recruit to member? Most cases, communities have a set timeframe for people to do so.

Revenant is a social guild, Been around for about 3 years(in various other games). We are recently returned to the game, and are aiming for a Flagship but can't make promises. We are nearing a full raid team and just looking for a few bodies to fill our first team. Other than that, were always willing to help out others achieve what they need done in game.

Check us out. http://revenantgaming.com or message Rexigar or RivaCom in game.

Check out Pillars of Ashla/Ashes of Ashla! We have gearing operations, which are also a great place to learn operations as well. The ops leaders throw out reminders before each fight because experience is the best way to learn, and will often drop advice/reminders during the fights as well. As for leveling, a lot of people choose to level solo, but if you're ever stuck on something, someone will help out! There is a trial and recruit phase, but the main criteria for becoming a member is based on community interaction. Just hang out with us, get to know us, and let us get to know you. We have the 10% xp bonus and a Republic-side guild flagship. Check out our recruitment thread on the forums for more information.

My Name is Hellhound and I am the GM of Light\Dark Holiday. After reading what you are looking for we maybe a fit for you. We are a causal guild that like to play the game and have fun. We treat everyone the same. We only have a few ranks they are no requirements to be an officer just having a commitment to the guild. I was never a big fan of having to earn your ranks based on the amount of time you been in the guild. I believe good people should be put in positions to help when they can no mater if it has been 1 day or ten years. So next time you are in game do a "/who Holiday" (from either side) and talk to our members and hear from them.

here is a link to our website so you can learn more about us: http://holiday.enjin.com/holiday. If you think we are a fit , ask someone to have an officer send you an invite and if you don't, I wish you luck in your search.

Thank you for your time
