[IMPORTANT] Character Loading Issues

Stuck in a permanent loading loop on my main character Kæøz.

How long did you wait?

At least 10 minutes on each attempt. Longest wait was 20 minutes.

Which server are you characters located on?

The Harbinger.

Are all your characters affected?

No. Only the one character. I believe its an issue with publicly listed strongholds (I have a suspicion that if you're "force" ported in eg. from returning from a Warzone, after the player had already taken off their stronghold from public listing you get stuck in an infinite loop). Edit: Now I can't even get onto Character selection screen.

Hâsk (Jedi Covenant) is the character that is stuck at loading screen. All others (on Imperial side anyway) log in without issue. This problem began after visiting a friend's Stronghold on Dromund Kaas. While there, I was queued for a Warzone and when it ended, was stuck in a loading screen for... well, until I got annoyed and used alt-F4 to close the game. While I was in the WZ, the other player logged out of the game and had not provided me one of the keys to visit while he is offline. Since that time, I cannot log in with this particular toon. Thus far, I have waited at the loading screen (after character selection) for times between 5-30 minutes, without success. So - can we just move my toon back to my Stronghold? Off a cliff? Anything of that sort would be fine, as long as the *censored* loading screen plagues me no longer.

I am on the Harbinger server and I am not able to even get to the character select screen. The game tells me that there is maintenenace going on yet your website says the servers are all up and running. Fix this.

I am experiencing the same issue phone calls to support just generic response "it's a known issue and is being looked at"

I'm on The Harbinger. I waited about 15 mins and couldn't even get to the character select screen.

1) The Progenitor - EU

2) Can log into any other server, and any other character on any server, but the Progenitor is just relaying with "Cannot log into the character's undergoing maintenance."

3) Wait maybe 5 - 15 minutes, before error: 4 comes up with the message above.

4) Was last on My Ship (Fury) with the last character logged in upon. before the weirdness started.

Still unable to access my characters on the Harbinger server, yet I can access every other server. What the heck is going on? This is unacceptable.

I'm getting this same thing for Shadowlands. I can get to PoT5 tho, but all my main characters are on Shadowlands.

Still unable to login to the Harbinger server, yet still can access all the other servers. You need to at least have the decency to acknowledge the prolem on the forums and bring all your PAYING customers an update as to when his issue will be fixed.

Just reinstalled the Client, as i thought perhaps some corrupted file or etc. Nothing. Still unable to lo into the Progenitor Server, but all other Servers, or just creating a new toon on another server is fine.

Even made a new Account - Same problem - Progenitor simply not responding.
