SM and Tacticals are NOT the domain of hardcore players. If you are a hardcore player and you PUG for SM or Tacticals you should suffer any and all consequences IMO. You are encroaching on the domain of casual players. Act accordingly and adjust your expectations. If you wish to avoid the shenanigans that are likely to ensue as casual players fall over each other and into fire, you would do best to remain where you belong....HM and Ops.
