Telecinetics-Sage, its basically maintaining one DoT and one buff, and consume two proccs.
Cant get much easier.

I actually was trying out the most stupidly easy rotation on my sage before:

Spec - 3/7/36 (full crit in seer tree, bonus MC damage in TK tree)

Rotation:

MC -> WM -> FiB -> SF -> Full Channel TK Throw x4

Without using any offensive cooldowns (Mental alacrity, force potency) it did as well as full TK played optimally.

NERF BALANCE!!1!11!!!
