[IMPORTANT] Character Loading Issues

I loaded the game fine but when I enter the game it just brings me to server selection screen with no servers to chose from. The customer service button doesn't work at that screen. Plus I can't click the repair button before entering the game to attempt and fix.

2 days and I still can't access this game properly. Switched from wow a week ago and this is what I'm introduced to. I seriously can't believe that after a patch I'm not able to get passed my password login. Lol. I can't access any ingame help, so who am I supposed to turn to, this is ridiculous...........

Login issues: "We'll be back." The whole day it worked, until now. (No loading bar)

T3-M4
16:30 -18:30 (approx.) (Europe) no problems launching the game.
Then, from that time on (18:30), there´s this one specific "lag": for example: pushing the button in order to enter a warzone - reactiontime about 5-10 secs.From that moment/ time on relaunching ( character screen) doesn´t work anymore. (No loading bar).

I´ve experienced this issue yesterday already and about the same time.
As I wrote above. At the first launch yesterday and today there haven´t been any launching issues or prolonged reaction times in this time span.
(Later on it changed - maybe due to the rising access of players to the game/ server (people getting home from work?)

I´ve deleted the "DiskCacheArena" which helped for a while.
But I´ve had to repeat it today and actually it doesn´t work anymore.
Just for notification: I purchased the game in a store and installed it from a cd (not from the client Server (or whatever).
So I don`t have this "bitraider" file.

Same here. I managed to log in into my empire char on The Red Eclipse server, but not on any republic char. No loading bar what so ever.

Customer support whats going on today?

Can someone please give us an update as to when these issues are going to be fixed. We're generally a patient and loyal lot, but 3 days of silence is really stretching things. It would be nice to keep us in the loop, even if its with a little apology and acknowledgement that your working and its possible eta?

Can't login at all, stuck at loading screen with windows cursor visible. Already lost 3 days of my subscription. Bioware "thank you" for update.

None of my characters across all US servers can not be logged into. The log in screen just stays up for 15-20 mins and either shuts down the game or it just shows a log in pic of the character I tried to log into. Lost alomst 3 days of subscription. Would like some type of compensation. I have stuck by this game since launch but theses issues keep showing up with more and more frequancy is starting to be an issue

Been staring at a quarter loaded loading bar since the servers came up post 2.8a patch..
I was able to log into characters yesterday though..
