How To Make Queues INSTANT for PvE & PvP

Because the other faction that I'm not playing has a ton of tanks sitting around waiting in a queue right?
Or maybe it's the other server. Yea so if there were cross server queues, I'd get one of their bored tanks sitting in the queue waiting for DPS to join.

gearing is a huge problem in this game. they intentinally put crap mods in gear and limited what gear you could get to the point that people arent willing to go through the hell to get a new tank even moderately geared. you need the gear that drops in the op but you cant get in because no one wants an undergeared tank riding along. so unless you have understanding guildmates, you are out of luck. and if you have good guildmates like that, you will be tanking for them, not LFG.

I am part of a Guild, and I have a PT Tank. The players may have created the problem, but without some mediation, it will be tough to resolve.

If you mean they created group finder, then I agree. However, players decide what spec they roll out in, not BioWare. I keep hearing "it's so much harder to gear a tank", but what I keep seeing in game, through 8 55s so far, is that it's about the same all the way around. It's not like only tank spec gear has questionable enhancements in it. Not to mention there's more than a few actually tank spec'd tank classes that will never hit GF, no matter what, at least not solo. So far, I have three, a 'sin, shadow and jugg, and none of them will ever be in GF as a solo queue. In this instance, it would seem, I am part of the problem. After all, if I just bit the bullet and hit the queue, 3 people's pop would be much faster.

PvP in this game is all screwed up, fixing PvP will get more people to Q, otherwise, the game is getting a pretty bad rep and soon on one will PvP.

No, I meant the dwindling population is on Bioware, not the players.

Bioware did not create the tank shortage it was indeed the player base that created it.
As I have already stated I have 6 tanks and flat out refuse to que for lfg due to bad players. When I mean bad I don't mean inexperienced I mean either running off doing their own thing, pulling mobs, not caring about the group or the "team", and my personal favorite the constant trash talking and belittling of myself or the other players.

Also, one of the Devs flat out said we would never work together, Republic & Sith.

Before or after they said your species was permanent? Before or after they said your look was permanent? Before or after they mocked F2P games? Before or after they said your ship WAS your housing?
