People on Fleet Begging for Credits are Worse than the Farmers

This "begging" is just a new form of trolling.

Ignore, then REPORT SPAM. That's right, ----report--------- spam---- that option is there for a reason, a couple of dozen reports will automatically squelch that account.

Its funny to see hundreds of people complaining, and no one doing anything about it........

That's the dumbest form of trolling I've ever heard of, and I've covered local politics. I mean, endgame craps credits like a Tijuana tourist. What's the point? Practice for being on welfare or something? -bp

First, Jrea, we're not stupid.

Second, I've seen similar things like this mentioned many times:

• If they get X spam reports they get auto-banned
• If they get X spam reports they get auto-squelched
• If you find the bot and /slap them 100 times they get thrown into the Sarlaac Pit.
• If you find the beggar and get them to say their name backwards their computer blows up.
• Etc.

But I've never seen any proof or anything solid that tells us a) if that's actually true and b) what the exact parameters are. Right now it's all just made-up BS that people like to say for some reason.

those that i have seen begging for credits also seem to have alot of "cool stuff" for their level (15-30). and yet they are allowed to persist, which infuriates players who have actually earned their credits, gear, etc.
when the same player (different toon names) is seen on Fleet begging for credits, it makes me wonder whether CS is actually lazy regarding monitoring the game IN-GAME vs waiting on tickets and reports.
this doesn't count the aspect of Credit Selling Advertisers (toons spamming). which is a Violation of the TOS. yet CS rarely removes them in a timely manner (15 minutes or less).The faster these Credit Advertisers are removed, the less reports/ tickets you will receive on them. Removal doesn't mean immediate suspension or ban, but kick them from the game, until the suspension/ ban can be applied.
when players can accurately deduce that these spammers are from China, and a IP, DNS, ISP Block is not being applied, they Players Assume that CS doesn't care.

i have Hundreds of Screenshots of these spammers and their respective Websites they are Advertising for. It should be very easy to Update the "Spam Chat Filter" to include these website names and/or permutations there of. If that is not the case, then the Devs need to UPDATE the Chat Filters

People that cant figure out how to ignore credit farmers and ignore people who beg for credits are worse than the farmers and people begging for credits. It took more effort to start this thread than for you to solve the problem on your own.

You are kidding right. The devs still cant figure out how to not block the word Saturday from the profanity filter because of the letters turd in the middle. And you want them to put in more filters? A total of 4 clicks and you don't have to deal with the issue anymore, 2 if you want to be lazy and not report them.

I do report them, and poof their chat is gone, but the PLAYER IS NOT. and YES I HAVE HUNDREDS of Screenshots. i easily take several a day as Proof that CS and/or the Devs are NOT doing their job properly.
FYI, what i AM talking about in Spam Chat Filter is "www.website.com" or "www.website,com" or "www,website,com", etc etc. those are the things they MUST ADD to the Filter, so that these Spammers are stopped cold, so that PLAYERS DO NOT HAVE TOO REPORT THEM AND TICKET THEM!!! That is WHY a Spam Chat Filter exists.
Profanity Filter and Spam Chat Filter are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. and FYI, just because a "word" exists within another "word" doesn't make it a problem.
