Rancor on the cartel market? seriously?

Here come the tears. The PVP rancor is NOT coming to the CM or any other place. Don't worry, you can still ride your neon-colored rancor all over the fleet and we'll all know what an elite PVP'er you are, lol.

Not only did they say IMMEDIATELY (as in the same day as the PVP reward announcement) that other versions of rancor mounts would be coming to the CM and other parts of the game, but it is ridiculous for anyone to have assumed that the rancor PVP reward meant that there would some lockout on any other types of rancor mounts being introduced to the game. How many types of tauntauns are there? How many types of varactyls are there? How many types of dewbacks are there? We just got a bantha mount and there's an orobird one coming too....won't be long before we get more versions of those two creature mounts as well. BW never announced the PVP rancor mount as being the only rancor mount ever to be in the game and it's absurd that anyone thought that would be the case.

the rancor is very differnt. you wanna complain, take a look at how long the armored tauntaun remained a unique raid reward prize.

I don't do ops and things like that because I solo, but I thought they already were putting rewards you get in ops, like the Korreolis speeders and I think a Desler DA-5 is soon coming no?

Besides the rancor they're selling is an ugly brown one. Pvp gets the pretty black one, so I don't see why you're that upset. You still get the better one. I for one don't want a brown one. I'd totally buy a black one, because I don't pvp either, but honestly my life doesn't hinge on having it, especially with the price of unlocks for some of these mounts.

Opinion, the pvp rancor looks terrible. The Dathomir rancor looks more like a real rancor. If people prefer the ugly rancor, so be it. But the constant whining about rancors not being exclusive to pvp players, is becoming annoying. But people will never be really satisified.

LOL at all the PvE players who really just want one of their own without working toward it.

If BW put a colored variant of the NiM OPs mounts of the CM the forums would explode. Full stop.

The fact that NiM OPs have had exclusive mounts for up to 2 years going back to EC and PvP couldn't even get past 45 days with their exclusive mount is so obviously telling about WZs role in this game.

BW wouldn't even dare consider putting a color variation of Wings of the Architect into the game at any point in time.

If this really isn't that big of a deal, then explain why color variations of Wings of the Architect are not being released simultaneously with the color variation of the Rancor.

Explode with excitement at the thought of getting our own Tank mount outside of raids. Heck Yes.

Look I'm ready to buy Wings of the Architect. Take my money.

The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

The needs of the cash shop outweigh the needs of the minority PvP crowd.

That's just how it is. Not only here, but in most games. PvP isn't an especially huge moneymaker for most games, so the suits don't really care if you get upset. In the end it comes down to whatever they think they can make a buck off of, and how many sheep they can fleece in the process until they find something new to throw at them.

1) because they appear to be releasing an AT-ST (or similar mechanical chicken mount) instead. Their game, their choice as to what is released when. <insert one /suck-it-up-cupcake> here.

2) Said AT-ST will not be in any way exclusive to PvPers or PvEers.. and frankly that is the way Mounts should be IMO. There is plenty of actual wearable PvP gear and weapons that the hard core PvP gear junkies can collect and epeen over.

It's not the same once just plain brown the other one is glowing tie dyed

Rancor mounts are popular so expect to see more types of them, just like we have multiple types of tauntauns.
