Also it didn't answer the question you asked. Ofc it may be because he finds the current content challenging enough.

Personly i dont log on nearly as much as i used to. I mostly stopped playing alts and now i stick to my vanguard 90% of the time. I realy dont like this new tactical FP trend. Maybe because i rarely play dps. The challenge of tacticals just doesn't exist. Even hardmode FP's isn't much of a challenge in current gear. I cant remember last i failed to complete a FP and i do alot of pugs so it's not that i only play with guild.

OP is another story, i just dont do them unless it's with guild only.

Anyways. if your done leveling alts and all you want is play your main there's not much to do. If you're into RP there's that. Soloing groupcontent can be challenging i guess but i dont play my MMO's because i want to solo groupcontent.

Nope, I'm just saying that you should stop expecting BW to hold your hand and spoon-feed you 'challenge' when you're a big boy and can find that challenge yourself.

I am not looking to beat my head against a wall but I want something to feel a sense of accomplishment when defeating a "boss". I think that this is the games biggest problem. Bioware can get away with having new content (flashpoints/operations) once every year if it was consistently challenging. The difficulty of content can increase its shelf life.

So, does anyone else feel bored with the PvE content? What do you do to keep the game fresh and prevent it from becoming boring?
Real life has real challenges.

Not sure why people are always so interested in turning MMOs into the hardest, most annoying game ever made. It's an MMO for Star Wars fans. Sure, there is some challenge to it, but I would rather not chuck my tower out the freakin window because of some insane difficulty level. I've broken plenty of console controllers over the years, and patched plenty of drywall to boot. It's a GAME. You want a challenge? Put on vendor gear (white) and run it. We don't need some uber hardcore mode just because 7 out of 2M people don't feel challenged. Then again, most people who yell about wanting a challenge have seldom completed everything in the game.

He's not wrong. Some people play the game without taking an advanced class. Find ways to challenge yourself otherwise you are literally asking for harder content, but you want the devs to hold your hand to get you there.

How can it be easy if you haven`t tried those two in HM? Also, you have NiM too, so that should keep you busy.

Cash in on your awesomeness and convert your Stronghold into a "noob to pro" Ops training facility. Mr. Miyagi won't have **** on you bro.

Agreed. I could sit and do tetris or sudoku for hours on end. If I want brain teasers, there are tons of challenges free online. When I am playing an operative, I just wanna lie, cheat, kill, and get with every chick in sight. I am not drastically concerned about "tehuberzhardzmodez" lol

As for controllers, thanks to Contra and a few others, I went through 5 controllers in a year.

OP, if you want a challenge, do some unusual things. For example: start off soloing tactical flashpoints and if that gets old try soloing 4man heroics. I don't know that it can be done on all classes, but i've managed all the tactical ops on my operative (stealth + cover + heals + lots of CC is a winning combo).
-Dimitri Dolohov, lvl 55 Lethality OP. Toxic personality (Retired until viable again)
-Sgt. Amit Dolohov, lvl 55 Gunny Mando,. Rifle wielding hipster.
I'de rather lose a real fight than win via premade.
