Yes, but just like all of the other packs in recent memory, it is not released at 00:01 UTC, or whatever other location you might care about. They're generally released sometime between 1000 and 1600 Central Time (Austin time). I expect we'll get a half dozen other comments/threads about the pack not being released on time before it finally releases... at the same time that it normally releases. Just be patient.
