Don't know if this was asked yet but are there any plans to support open world PvP with the conquest events? I know they are currently just PvE missions but is there a possibility of supporting open world PvP with them in the future? Some sort of faction vs faction galactic conquest would be awesome especially with the guild flag ships. Or could this all be on the "wall of crazy?"

Does this also mean that the GSF content intended for 2.8 has also been pushed back?

Next question...Chat...

After 2-1/2 years, General Chat on Fleet is where the vast majority of PuG groups search for players. This is good because we have an established and centralized location to search for players. Could you please encourage the Devs to allow us to still be a part of Fleet General Chat from our homes? If not, would the team consider adding a new default LFG channel that defaults to all players (old and new) chat tabs? Trade has one...LFG needs one. My only fear with Strongholds is that you'll be removing players from the PuG pool by stretching chat too thin in multiple locations vs. the centralized Fleet Chat we have now.
I would also like to second this suggestion.

That makes it sound like it is going to be a total beat down for small guilds.
Forever and always forward. New/Returning referral link(you and I get free stuff)
Please save me from the shortsightedness of developers that think they are clever.
More family tree options

I would love this FYI, and know a lot of others who would as well. Even if its only a limited time event like the Gree or Rakghoul, where there is a specific planet that is open world PVP for all the conquest events. I wouldn't even care if its Guild vs. Guild or Imp vs. Pub. And the ones in control of the planet get some small bonus at that time like reduced cost on Rep Items for that planet or something.

Not necessarily. If they tailor the BASICS around the idea of tiny guilds(small prices), with increasingly expensive upgrades, then each guild has something to strive for.

In other words, make the basic Guild Ship stupidly cheap. Like 5 million. With all the basic amenities and perks.

But, the UPGRADES will cost an arm and a leg because they're luxuries and not part of the basic plan. This gives large/rich guilds something to put their money into, but doesn't short-change the smaller guilds.

You're cute.
