Update: Was stuck in the server select screen for over 15 minutes now after a VERY long wait on the initial loading screen. Made it through the GS loading screen, tried to login to Begeren Colony (my primary server) and nothing for over 15 minutes. Couldn't cancel out BC to try another server or even quit the game. Now, after that lengthy wait, it hit me with an Error Code: 3003 after wasting all that time doing nothing. Going to try a different server simply for the sake of science. As previously stated, some kind of official update about what the heck is wrong/happening would be a joyous and wonderful thing.

How long did you wait? 1 hour now
Which server are you characters located on? Begeren Colony
Are all your characters affected? Yes
Characters:12
Error Code 3003
I expect compensation for the time I lost out on as I paid hard earned money for the subscriber package..

I've been reading through this thread... taken me a while, but I believe I've figured it out now.
People are having trouble logging in? Am I right? If not, just post another 10 more pages and I'II figure it out.

Server - Red Eclipse

I'm also unable to get to the character selection screen. Stuck watching the loading screen and the little blue cog going round.

i 100% agree with you some more info on whats going on would be nice and yeah i tried other servers but still nothing

Wont go to character selection screen. Beregen colony. Dont know if it is same for others because I cant even get to the server select screen...

Figured as much! Large scale experience with this issue!

Im stuck on the loading screen with the stupid wheel spinning perpetually. I gave up after multiple re-start attempts. I cant even get to my list of characters on the Harbinger.

Please resolve this

Hello,

the problem here is different.
When i try to login in I receive and error about "the login service is currently unavailable".
If I try to relogin (without quitting the client) I can do it, but the server list (either North america either Europe) is empty, and I cannot open any ticket too.

Stuck at loading screen and unable to reach character selection.
Worked fine yesterday. Tried today with no success.
