Shadows and Assassins get stealth. That stealth is part of their arsenal of survival tools and Guardians do not have that luxury.

Additionally, I think Menace is right, the heals from Vigilance are more "memorable" because they're noticeable and happen rapidly. The thing is, it's a CD. Watchman can heal at ANY time as long as a burn crits. I really don't think there is anything to see here.

Did you really just compare a Watchman Sentinel's heals?

Sentence fragment. Did I really just compare them to...Vigilance? Yes. Consider that the Vigilance cd can only be used every (whatever the cooldown timer is) but the burn can heal the Watchman and anyone nearby any time a burn crits. Clearly, parity is not there, but the Watchman does not have to wait for a timer to be able to benefit from critical burns.

But, to revisit a question I had earlier, where is your Carnage pvp video? (no, that is not a distraction--genuinely interested to see this).

Watchmen's dots can be cleansed...

My mara is quite undergeared but I've considered making a video of her. I probably will in the future.

Honestly was just for entertainment. Marauders are a super fun class and quite 'flashy' for the camera. Also Wildstar this weekend has been an absolute blast.

But that requires a lot of detergent and I have dirt to go around.

Good. I have learned quite a lot from Skyrush. Love to see what I can pick up from you.

I hope it has a smooth and successful launch. Those developers deserve praise for the amount of feedback they accumulate and implement.

Bioware has made some missteps, but *I* feel that PvP balance is not all that horrid (even with all the stealth and cc in the game). I think the biggest complaints I have seen are lack of world pvp (I hate world PvP so take original statement with that in mind) and lack of cross-server queues. Biggest mistake they can do now, in *my* opinion, is ignore individual balance in favor of team or arena balance. That is, parity is needed, but don't eschew one for the other--try, within reason, for both. No, it's not going to be perfect.

World PvP might be helped by Gree style events happening more often and on different planets. Oricon is a nice little place for World PvP, as has been demonstrated. Incidentally, I hate world PvP because it largely depends on who brings more fodder to the slaughter.
