You should try optimizing your graphics setting update drivers and stop any programs that are running in the back ground. Something as simple as your anti virus or email client running can kill your fps
Actually

http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core2-...enom-II-X4-965

It barely outperforms the minimum specs, and is inferior to the processor in a $500 Walmart computer.

If you actually look at that page you linked, you'll see the OPs CPU noticeably outperforming the P7350. It's still not fantastic, as both are destroyed by a 4-year old, very popular gaming CPU, the i5-2500k.

The problem here is in interpreting the minimum requirements, and assuming that the minimum requirements ever actually meant anything. The minimum requirements toss out a semi-random specification: a Core 2 Duo at 2.0GHz. Vandicus did a good job of picking an example: The P7350 is the lowest performing 2GHz C2D I could find (the E6400 looks slower, but its 2.13GHz). Of course, even that noticeably outperforms the AMD mentioned on the minimum requirements. If we use the AMD X2 as the minimum, then the C2Ds would have been good down to 1.6GHz or so... so, how did the minimums get picked? Do we think they were playtested for game experience, and picked the lowest powered CPUs that still had an enjoyable gaming experience?

Or do we think that the devs said: "It needs a dual core CPU" and a bunch of marketing guys worked out less than 10% of gamers use CPUs under 2GHz, so it was a safe bar to set?

Many people seem to think that "Minimum Requirements" means "Minimum Requirements to Play the Game at Decent Quality Settings". In most cases it means "Minimum Requirements to Play the Game at Minimum Quality Settings", and in some cases it is nothing more than "Minimum Requirements to Have the Game Run". The OP has a CPU that is above the minimum requirements, but nowhere close to the performance of a 4 year old gaming CPU. They shouldn't expect much more than minimum quality performance.

Translation "I have no idea what minimum specs are or a rudimentary understanding of cpu architecture"

I don't know if it will help you, but in my situation, my SLI 780's were having problems with nameplate scaling. I had to turn it off. My FPS cuts in half with I turn them on. Must be some kind of programming issues.

Give it a try.

Really AMD is the future why go intel which arent meant for gaming, intel based processor main function is to speed the computer, spreadsheets and obsolete calulation per cycle.

AMD is made for gaming and to last, best processors even now for everything, only intel has is extreme manifacturing and nano-components but basically an i7 is sub-par to AMD 7800k which I use and I dont even need a Graphic Card because my processors has on inside the processor.
