Due to the pts being released late and users having lockouts from raiding mid week will we see any option to hard reset our lockouts ?

Also with the transfer tool since the server isn't active we have no way to see if pre copies of our toons are actually under our accounts on the pts and players need details on this type of information.

You can expect lockouts to be transfered over with your character, like it was last time.

Which would be silly since it means a lot of teams won't be testing NiM DF this week.

Of course they will be copied over but what i am asking is and will bioware reset them on the pts because people will want to test nim df straight away and the main toons will be needed for this content. I will be testing flashpoints aswell but I still think Bioware needs to come out about this.

Starting in 2.7 (and available on the PTS), we are separating the lockouts for the Operation difficulties. So, if you complete the Hard Mode of Dread Fortress on the live servers and then copy over, you will be locked out of Hard Mode but still able to do the Nightmare Mode.

So we are finally getting separate lockouts for HM and NiM? If so, 2.7 is sounding like the best 2.0 patch!
