If it is the latter then madness just got nerfed. Either way the spec doesn't have enough force to use any more wrath procs as is, and i'd rather them keep wrath as is.

Hey folks!

Here are some additions to the Class changes coming to Sorcs in 2.7:
  • Fade Out has been moved to Tier 2 in the Corruption Tree. Empty Body has been moved to Tier 1 in the Corruption Tree. Force Suffusion has been moved to Tier 4 in the Corruption Tree.
  • Focal Lightning now also decreases the force cost of Lightning Strike by 15% per stack.
Thanks!

Does this mean that the instant proc is no longer random for wrath? We can no longer get a wrath proc on the first tic of Force Lightning if we are lucky? Or is does this 3 charge thing only apply to the extra 35% damage?
Bargain not with the darkness, in time it will take us all.

Nice changes for DPS sorcs but still not much help to healers.

So the whole corruption skill moving thing would have been nice if fade out moved to tier 1. Do you know how much madness has to sacrifice to get this? You can't afford forging the resource management as well as the extra damage. Probably lightning would benefit.

Focal lightning change is very good. Using lightning strike will not be a drain on resource.

It's really only losing some point in Inner Strength (cost reduction) or foregoing Mental Longevity (extra force). The cheaper and more consistent use of Disturbance should help a bit there.

If they would move Backlash to tier 1 or 2 of the lightning tree it would be a nice boost for full sorc healers.

Nice! Finally! I must admit after 2 years I had given up on ever seeing something like this coming.

The other two ranged dps classes have to invest a grand total of... ZERO skill points to make their gap opener work... sorcs and sages will have to spend at least six points in our healing tree to make our gap opener not LOL easy to negate...

Bioware, you seem to have your head halfway removed from your ***, just a few more tugs and you might actually be able to see the light again.
