Can't access either, android is not even working for me. Only thing I can do is post on here. I have done everything I can think of and no luck.

Contacted customer support over the phone (after clearing my cache and cookies per the response to my in game ticket - to no avail) and they told me it was a known issue and they're working on it. Shout out to Joe my customer service guy, he couldn't have been nicer. Here's to hoping this gets worked out fairly soon.

I was able to log into the site for the first time in four days this morning. I could access my account page, but trying to do anything resulted in the page being stuck trying to load. I couldn't access my account at all after that. Switching to the Google DNS did not change a thing, but ipconfig /flushdns seemed to work.

I was having the same problem for the last 3 days but when i go to www.swtor.com/user/account I load fine. If i use any of the links from the site itself it doesnt load. I think it might be something with an invalid script or possibly something with the security settings

Cannot redeem my cartel coin card until this issue is fixed. Why is it we cannot redeem stuff like this through the game client?

Have you tried switching DNS servers, I changed to 8.8.8.8 and can get access to "MySwtor" now

This worked for me, I am in VA which appears to be another area affected. Thanks for the help

Ya I changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 google and it worked
