If your issue is like mine, although I am on shadowlands, a fresh install will not help. I did it after bioware's suggestion. My issues did not change.

Only my level 55 Trooper on Maceb can't not log in. The loading screen reaches half way, then kicks back to character selection menu.

I tried to log in with my marauder a lot, but still doesn't log in. I was in my starship and then i log out, and i tried to enter and i can't.

Server: Tomb of Frreedon Naad

Character Name: Saix

How long did you wait?: I waited 30 min more or less, and it still doesn't work

The point is i CAN log in with my other characters, but with my main character i can't . Please fix this issue, or change the place where my character is to try to log in.

So this problem arose 1/14/14 and the solution is I have no problems loading my characters until 1/19/14????
When is this going to be resolved?

I think until the 21, because a new patch is coming up

So are they fixing the problem? I, too, hit the splash screen and then cannot log onto any server. error 3003, I believe. When I go to the Help Center link it just tells me it's updating. This is rather ridiculous. I pay to "PLAY" the game not watch it flounder pathetically.

Ya i was logged in about an hour ago now i cannot log in, all i get is the splash screen an that's it.

Having the same issue going to try a repair scan and see if that helps.


seems to have worked as I as able to get in finally but it was loading slow.

I fixed the loading issue by clicking the repair button on the login screen first, then after that was over I clicked play and it worked just fine.
