Just to clear this up: Britain = England, Scotland and Wales UK = England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the channel isles. I like the female Jedi Knights voice acting, it doesn't seem overtly American or British but a nice compromise. The male Smuggler voice however oozes American like a fresh baked apple pie and is laid on a bit to heavy for my tastes.

Watch Empire strikes back and listen to Ozzel, and Piett, it's that Galactic Empire / Sith Empire attitude and enunciation of their words. Hell, even Palpatine "good" and bad. I can't believe I just dedicated brain power to contemplate that! Also, Claudia Black is Aussie, afaik? Anywho, Merry Christmas All
