Specifically his accent is an Edinburgh one, which is distinct from a Glasgow one (think Billy Connolly, for those who aren't sure).

Oh and technically it's the United Kingdom of Great British and Northern Ireland; which breaks down to England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Although technically, afaicr, Wales doesn't exist as an independent kingdom any more - there was no Act of Union between England and Wales, only the Laws in Wales Acts in the C16th (which some times get refereed to as Acts of Union, but that didn't start until relatively recently and is factually incorrect and misleading).

Why would you want to change it? I'm so jealous of the awesome English accents that Empire classes have...

Just to clear this up:
Britain = England, Scotland and Wales
UK = England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the channel isles.

I like the female Jedi Knights voice acting, it doesn't seem overtly American or British but a nice compromise.
The male Smuggler voice however oozes American like a fresh baked apple pie and is laid on a bit to heavy for my tastes.
When you pay the bill, kindly leave a little tip and help the next poor sucker on this one way trip - F. Zappa

What are you suggesting?

A bad guy in the Star Wars universe without a British accent? How then would we know who the bad guy is?

Watch Empire strikes back and listen to Ozzel, and Piett, it's that Galactic Empire / Sith Empire attitude and enunciation of their words.

Hell, even Palpatine "good" and bad.

I can't believe I just dedicated brain power to contemplate that!

Also, Claudia Black is Aussie, afaik?

Anywho, Merry Christmas All
