who are you playing with? Most of the people I play with are still here and have been for long time, unfortunately one of my best friends had to quit due to computer problems. I knew him since I was just a low level . And he was excited about GSF too!

Its the end of the road for this game. And its off to the soupkitchen for the devs.
I'm sorry, but do you have to wear protective headgear whenever you leave the house? How is running in a premade bullying? If it's a choice between wanting to strangle everyone on my team with the cord from my keyboard and being able to rely on at least 3 of the people on my team, I'd pick the latter. Every time.

Name me one game in which an organized team doesn't have a slight advantage(at least) over the randoms.

Wake up!

There is NO freedom of choise in swtor weath u want to meet premades or not. The premades has infected the whole regular WZ and now theres even more premades in regular than there is PUGs.

All players dont want to be hooked to a team and be told what to do all the time. Its very time consuming to find a team and then have to be tied to that team. Theres also alot of waiting if your part of a team when u cant go on flashpoints or do quests as u please. Therefore a huge lot of players dont want to be tied down into a pvp team all the time. And the option is to get stomperd since u didnt chose to be tied into a team or be part of a pvp team but not do anything at all while waiting,

Ergo swtor = NO freedom of choise.

PvP is not fine. Not as bad as the drama queens would want us to believe, but there's a lot - a *LOT* of room for improvement.

Yeah, it's fine as a mini-game. I just think it gets boring with it being pretty much warzones or nothing. Arenas are only a slice of a warzone where they cut the killing away from the objectives and in only a small scale. Then even though I do not care about premades, there obviously are a ton of people who do and that will affect the community over time to not have an official stance either way, and I think they won't because the devs even doing ranked is contradicting the fact that the PvP in this game is really a casual affair. They're pretending to be something they are not.

Basically; I will agree with the OP in that it is fine so long as you are still having fun with it for what it is. If you are not having fun anymore, it is unlikely they will do anything to turn it around for you as the things needed either rely on cross-server for different Qing and matchmaking, or a better engine for larger scale battles. Just not happening.

99% of statistics on the Internet are made up on the spot. I say the majority of people who queue regs click "solo queue", and those who premade are a minority.

They need to do more in terms of events with PvP. WZs that provide ultimately no reward besides comms to make you do better is fine and dandy. But like playing regular games in a sports season, we need tournaments during the seasons, and maybe some post season like stuff that arises interest in the game.

In all honesty, this game and PvP system are somewhat fine imo (buff Concealment ops plz!). The main problem I see is player base, as I think in not just my server, a vast majority of the players on every server seem to be straight casuals. PvP, by it's very core and design, is competitive and this lack of quality/failure with the game mode probably comes from the fact that the game type and the player type just don't match up at all, let alone a little bit.

Welcome to every PVP in every MMO. Premades are not just SWTOR exclusive. Can't handle a Premade? L2P.
