Like I said, AS IT STANDS NOW, this game has no endgame content and endgame content is what holds subs. They can patch some more stuff in, sure, and if they do that may very well do the trick. But until such a time, this game holds no draws. And considering a LOT of people are planning to drop this game after the first month, they need to move fast to give them a reason not to. Because the stories are not that long, they can all be played even at a leisurely pace in the span of a month. After that, what then? They'll need some serious content updates before the end of janurary.

Didn't WoW do the whole "Heroic/Hard Mode redoing of lower level instances" first? To top that off, didn't they also bring back 2 vanilla raids for you to do ? It sounds like your already doing all that in another game. :/

Case in point. 10 million subs is apparently crap? So how should we feel about 1 million?

I've come to the conclusion that you do not know what the word 'exaggerating' actually means. Sure, the level of content they have is fine for the first month, and if they add more then no problem. But very few MMOs add THAT much content within the first month, in fact I can't recall a single MMO that did that. The only way they could do that is if most of the content is practically done already. So assuming they actually do add in new content, then fine, all is good and well in the universe and everybody is happy. But the question comes in, what if they don't add in new content, or not enough content? Bioware isn't exactly a paragon of upholding what they say, for whatever reasons there may be. So it's not exaggerating to say that, without a load of new endgame content, many many many subs will be lost come the end of January.

I dunno, it took them along time to build that up didn't it? How should we feel?

Your post implies I've ever even looked at WoW as a prospect. I've never played WoW.

Exaggerating: Represent (something) as being larger, greater, better, or worse than it really is.

Which you're doing by claiming there isn't enough end-game. There is, and you have no idea what they have down the pipeline, so any speculation you have is moot.

You can't deny it because you are ashamed to admit it.

Edit: Nevermind.......misread the post. And Zierek, you're right, he's not being honest.

Probably pretty impressed about the 10 million considering Blizzard held it there for nearly 6+ years.

There's enough endgame content? So you'd be content running the same two raids and flashpoints for the next six months? The next year? If your answer is no, then there isn't enough endgame content. And don't post "but there's enough for the month!" since that is not what's being disputed here. What's being disputed if there's enough for what comes AFTER that first month. And if you can honestly tell me people will be content with the same two raids and flashpoints for months and months and months, then I'd have to be wary of your posts.
