Premades are ruining non-ranked warzones

This is the biggest thread Ive EVER seen in ANY MMO forum.

Still the devs havent commented it with ONE single word. No wonder the game is dying.

Yeah a comment would be nice, but come on, what CAN they say?
That PVP is not big a priority that they are going to fix it? What would that accomplish?

Get used to the dev silence on this subject. They really can't say anything of value on it.

because in this little aspect the game is actually working as intended.
ofc they could ban premades from regular wzs, but what is the point... pvp is already dead enough in this game, not being able to queue with friends, would make it even less attractive.

I don't know but do you pug for HM Ops or even SM Ops, i don't because it simply is not fun. I am currently leveling a new healer for PvE and since no of my friends currently in level range, i PuG some FPs because they are good xp for time invested. What i see in those often is so painful, that i am close to rage quitting to be honest.
The same pretty much goes for pvp on all levels and i tend to be angry more about my team than about the "premade" that "stomps" us. And you most of these matches it is not because that premade on the other side are so great or anything, it is because a lot of the pug are actually that bad. If they just would have done the very basics right, it wouldnt have been a slaughter and there would have been a fair chance. But in the end it was just so bad because we where against premade, right?

Anyway since group ranked is basically dead, even on pvp server and a lot of people don't really enjoy arenas anyway, running with friends in wz is last enjoyable thing to pvp wise in this game. You are free to try it out yourself.

Umm... No, they don't. I myself run in one of those casual premades. Voice chat is rarely used for anything other than terrible jokes. And most of the people I queue with openly admit to their lack of skill or such.

What about such peemades? Do we just leave the game entirely?

I don't get the QQ FROM premades. We just want you in your own queue where "people with friends" get to meet "people with friends" and let us all-encompassing "antisocial bads" fight other "antisocial bads" in our queue.

What's the damage? :P

In the meantime, enjoy more leavers and longer queue times due to PUG-players leaving the scene.

So you don't want more queues and you don't want premades removed from the game and you don't think that premades are an example of skill and want bioware to shift focus to RvR or ffa. What exactly is your issue then?

If your argument is that premades should play ranked I quite agree with you. However you shouldn't force them too. Ranked was set up for teams ready to compete on the highest level and not every guild, group or player is ready or wants to now that it's arenas only. This was a stupid argument when 8v8 rwz were still around (way to many variables to list for why a casual wouldn't queue) but now for arenas I wish more would. I'm just getting back into the swing of things but I got a guild who wants to set up a team but from the sounds of it not a whole lot has changed in the ranked scene meaning they don't really start popping until 9 or later.

Prmades can be in RankedWZ and face other premades, its a good solution where all get what they wants. If all premades were moved to RWZ the q's would be same as in regular WZ, since the number of premades is probably higher than PUGs right now.

My point must have went over your head. Yeah I wish more teams did ranked but forcing teams into a competitive queue (which is the point of ranked) is not the answer. Ranked requires actual talent, proper classes which offers synergy and of course the right players. With certain classes being more in demand than others and the fact that some teams will not queue unless they get the players they want (see group synergy) then they will simply queue regs until they can.

Also, putting a weekly/daily for arenas would go a long way I still can believe that they only count for regs.

Then they can q as solo regulars until that is fixed, but we cant have it like it is right now. Its totally unplayable for all PUG and NO FUN. Its killing the game

I pug and I don't feel like I'm not having fun or that it's killing the game. Heck on my pyro merc last night I had a premade on my team twice (both voidstar) and lost both games. They don't guarantee a win.
