As far as I'm concern the Great Mistake here is that BW overestimated the level of intelligence of the kinds like u. . .

If it takes 45-60 minutes its one of two things: 1) youre on a PvE/RP server or 2) its way off peak times. Both scenarios there is nothing BW can and will do about it; if you dont like it transfer/play at peak times.
