Bioware CS - My main character (Kitiara on Kaas City) is unable to receive In-Game Mail from other players.

I had created Kitiara as one character class then deleted the character a day later, when I chose to use a different class with the same name. Since then, I am not able to receive mail from other players or my alts. I can only receive automated mail from the Auction House, and from NPCs/quests.

I can also confirm that another Guild-mate, who also did this, is experiencing the same phenomenon and still cannot receive mail as well (Arri on Kaas City).

I've already opened two Bug Reports. However, both were replied to with generic form answers and subsequently closed without resolution.

Please help! Thank you.
