Well, leaving aside the apparent bugs and design flaws in the system, you're supposed to get the deal if you've already made a purchase before. Theoretically, those people don't have to make a purchase to activate the feature because they've already made past purchases. It's intended to reward past purchasers. However, the system is obviously still a mess which is disappointing given how they already pulled it before and supposedly spent a bunch of time re-vamping it.

I cant describe how pissed i am with this game right now. (excuse my language there), it is deplorable that even though ive made cartel coin purchases a little under a week ago, i still cant buy any, and cant buy any through the ingame menu through the cartel market. I keep getting this message about an Error 10 and the window saying it is unable to process my request. My card has never been stolen, and always under lock and key when im not out and about.

(EDIT: apparently it was not registerring one of my cards which was quite strange, sorry just a large amount of bugs seem to be happening to this game recently. )

Clarification: the newer bank cards work fine with the in-game purchase. Ones older than 2 years don't.* Make sure your debit/interaq card has "Visa "Mastercard" on it.


*And if your bank charges you for getting a new bank card then you need a new bank.

Bah, this is crap. I could buy CC via the site 2 days ago but now I keep getting error 9 when i try to buy in game.

Well I don't follow all threads in the CS since every downtime there is a *****torm of people raging because something wen't wrong. Can't read all of them.

This is crap. I don't buy cartel coins because I am a subscriber and get enough each month to buy the few petty things I want. But I am not going to make 2 purchase just to get 50% off the second one. Super lame Bioware, I will not be giving you any more money other than my sub.
