The OPs posts are hard to follow for native English speakers, he/she is clearly annoyed and speaking/typing quickly and with little care.

However, that does not detract from the fact that the people who kicked him/her from the end of a flashpoint, are wrong in the extreme. At that point, the FP was over, there was no need to do what they did, other than to bully the OP.

Nowhere in the ToS do I find that kind of behaviour acceptable.

Your tone in this thread suggests that they are not unfounded. What you say is, at times, less important than *how* you say it.

You can behave like a "good person" all you want, but frustration always brings out our nastier sides, which we may not always be able to control. In fact, it's often the people who behave "nice" that feel entitled to preferential treatment, or to justify their tantrums.

If the other 3 people want you out for all different reasons you should be out. It should not matter that one wants you out because you suck at healing, another is annoyed by you rolling need on items not for your class and the other is upset that you wont shut up and keep telling everyone how to play their class. Your suggestion would also be easily bypassed. "OK so we make sure this idiot gets kicked, lets all pick option B"

So not only are you wanting to not get kicked, you are wanting to punish those that don't want you in their group. Wow....just....wow. BW is not going to spend the manpower being the drama police for disputes between players. As several people have told you already you have the solution to your problems already. Stop being a jerk and you will get kicked less frequently. Please PM me your server name and character name so I can put you on ignore on all my characters so I never have to worry about being in a group with you.

Ok, That's a bit clearer. So it requires folks to choose from a set of reasons to kick someone.

So...would they include an option if the person was rude in the list? Or used excessive language? Or perhaps if they were not geared correctly?

Nice try, Thorgrim, but you're a little off track here. Using abbreviations like TL;DR, OMG, and LOLZ, does not make one illiterate at all. In fact sometimes if you don't add "LOL" to a sentence it reads as you're coming off extremely harsh, mean, etc...when you may not be at all.
But judging from your complete post, you wouldn't really get that.

Yes, again, nothing wrong with English not being his first language. It's the fact he has refused from the beginning to admit any wrong doing of himself, be it his grammar, how he plays, what he has said to other players that are wrong, etc... That in the end is what has basically "shot himself in the foot" so to speak.

To be honest for someone to get kicked at the last moment, like most have posted, you have done something wrong several times, been warned then finally kicked. I am not one who's going to kick at the end of a FP just to be mean. I will kick but I will kick when the infraction has happened.

Just because they have not made a specific line in the ToS about it, does not mean they broke any rules. SWTOR may not want people being kicked at the end of a FP but if they try to implement something here, it will mess up other things. So basically just deal with the idiots that do take advantage of the system, if that's what they did.
Like I said in one of my posts to him, 2 FP's out of the whole game. In reality nothing to worry about.

Well first of all, I do believe calling someone stupid is against forum rules. It's considered bullying, harassment, etc... So you're wrong there. Plus in that post you were quite hypocritical.

Actually no I am not rude. I've kept most the harsh comments to myself. I've worded things properly for the most part, debated you like one half way should, called you out. If that makes me rude, then so be it, because you have been quite wrong with what you've posted to most the people commenting here. Go ahead report me, it will do no good because I've done nothing worth reporting.
In all actuality BW might just remove this whole post come Monday, which would be the best thing.

I'm not going to rebuttal your whole statement above. You don't listen, haven't from the beginning, and probably never will. You still think that you being kicked is different than anyone else who's been kicked unjustly, just going with your OP.
People get kicked, for good reasons, bad reasons, dumb reasons, it's a game. Move on with it. If it upsets you as much as this instance has, then maybe you should just find another game to play. Because there is worse things that happen than just being kicked from a FP. lolz

OP, it seems like you're the problem.

Don't make value judgements about the OP based on the evidence he's presented (he skips all conversations all the time, except for that one instance with Revan, yet calls other people "dirty skippers"), he'll make value judgements about you without any evidence at all.
