It does not matter when you become a detriment to the group. The fact is that the group saw you as a detriment and kicked you. Another example would be someone who rolls greed on most everything but then rolls need on something at the end. If that person refuses to give up that item that the rest of the group feels he is not entitled to then they can kick them out before the final dialog is over if they chose. Just because they were nice up to that point does not excuse the behavior at the end. The system is working as intended and there is nothing BW needs to do to fix it.

The tank is not holding aggro , dd "fly" and no one even gives you the opportunity restore your energy . And here's the first boss . DD jump to elite enemy, and the tank on the boss. No focus. No one is holding aggro. And. . Tank died, and then me too. But the boss is killed. Yes, I was not happy ! It was a stupid team ! Yes , I wrote omg! But since when did it become an insult someone's feelings? But initiator began to speak sarcastically that the main thing is that 2 players level 55 alive, it seems they did without the tank and healer and were able to kill the boss . I said that it's a team game . If they do not care about the team , it is better to play solo. I just said I did not want to waste time running back and forth , and money. And.. I was kicked. Again, I ask....what would you like done about it? That was unclear in your OP, and to my knowledge you did not answer.

I suppose 1 solution would be to have the vote go ahead but there's a short delay timer. After X minutes, another window pops up and says "do you still wish to kick Player A"? This would prevent any rage votes and allow for exceptions to be made (such as an AFK player).

No vote kick system will be perfect though, especially in a game with such a small group size like SWTOR.
