People will always be kicked dude, lol.

I had a 'chuckle' experience the other day. I qued into a FP with my tank and got into Foundry. My level was 39. After pulling the 2nd trash mob the healer yells at me, all in CAPS!, about letting him regen his energy. I was puzzled because the pulls had been facerolls to that point with no one dropping below 95% health from what I could see. I slowed my pace 'a little bit' and continued on. Three trash pulls later, the healer yells "DUDE!!." Next thing I know a vote has been initiated against me and he says "only because you can't READ!!" My first thought was "good luck" because the other players would never vote 'yes" against a tank when the run was so smooth to that point. To my surprise I was kicked.

What did I do at that point? Rage? Post about the injustice? Cry?

No. I chuckled and requed and facerolled the same FP. The healer in the 2nd group remarked how it was the smoothest run he's had in a while. I told him about getting kicked and he laughed saying "what can you do?" Nothing. It's an MMO and we have to deal with the full spectrum of people. Can't control the encounters we have. What we can control is our reactions.

May the force be with you friends!
I wish /ignore worked the same way with PvP. I think it is ridiculous that two players can have each other on ignore and still end up on the same team in a WZ.

Or the opposite of getting kicked is when someone in the group goes into a rage for one reason or the other and just quits the group. One of my favorite FP memories is when this happened, which then triggered another groupmember to drop. Me & the other person left in the group decided to give it a go with just the two of us and our companions. To our surprise we completed the flashpoint. It was very fun and challenging as we took our time to strategize & coordinate our attacks.

Kick system in game is OK, I have been healing a lot in FP's with my 3 healing classes and some times sentinels really making angry, because those fools with glowing sticks think that they are tanks.

However I never initiated kick, as long as I can handle healing, no big deal.

But watching videos for some peoples is important and why not, if they are in game.

Only who could blamed here is BW, they allow "space" trough story.

And it is so hard implement button to group finder "Allow videos", so group finder could match peoples with common interest. And obviously if button is unchecked then all videos will be skipped.
Bioware do you really expect everything on silver plate, or you start using your brains there finally?
Bash them or not, no one cares, like butterfly's, only living in current day.

" If you are greedy on loot, rant and rail at other players or refuse to skip cut-scenes when the rest of the group wants to, be prepared to be kicked."

Talk about not being attentive. I listed the three common reasons why people get kicked and you get all bent out of shape that you did not get greedy on loot. Judging by your posts, it would seem you were guilty of the other two.

Something tells me that there is probably another reason you were kicked. Call it a "hunch"...but anyone with a temper like you're exhibiting here, is likely far worse in-game. I suggest you look at how you might be able to adjust YOUR behavior.

If other players are telling you they need some time after fights to regen energy, by god let them do it. Some classes(bh/agents and their respective ACs) have difficulty recovering their rotation without their cooldowns during combat. Heck, you were running the Foundry normal mode, which means the people you were with probably didn't even have a full rotation yet(they were still at the levels where they can't sustain their energy levels with the skills and AC points available), so they had a perfectly valid reason to ask for you to wait for them to recover a bit of energy between fights.

Tanking hardly requires a great deal of skill in normal mode FPs and many HM FPs(because of the lack of mechanics). You don't do bloody much besides hold aggro and stand still. Easier than dps rotations and certainly healing rotations at that point. Generally its even possible to run non-max level FPs with a dps in tank stance and its even possible to run HM 55s with a dps in tank stance. The team that kicked you probably replaced you with a dps or healing companion(depending on how difficult healing had been for the healer up to that point) because it is easily possible to 3-man or 2-man lowbie FPs with companions.

I promise you...that is not the only reason. Also, think about it...that cut-scene only happens AFTER you've beaten the entire FP, even if they did, big deal...the FP was over.
