*STILL* a problem. GTX 560 Ti, trying to go solo. Can't spacebar through fast enough; tried reducing graphics to minimum and low resolution. Unbe-smegging-lieveable.

Best workaround is to minimize to desktop just before the hyperspace jump and then restore after the jump is complete.

How is users crashing to desktop (no matter how many or how few affected) not a bigger priority? I've just spent 30 minutes trying to find a resolution (and if I've missed it my apologies), but the closest thing I can find is a workaround that involves us tabbing out to windows anyway at just the right time to avoid the problem. Are you kidding me? This is what is being endorsed? I get us as a community bringing this to each other and helping each other out, While the dev team works on a fix, but the fact that I've seen this workaround re-posted by customer service people is really disheartening. Why is this not more of an issue? Please, fix this NOW, it really has been long enough.

If my gym who I pay a membership to as well, told me that the only way I could use the exercise bikes is if I tipped them over on their sides and then stood them upright again, I might do it for awhile, but eventually I'd expect them to get new bikes so I didn't have to do that anymore.....

That is my experience as well; I never started to have the issue until I purchased my new PC back in August, going from an ATI to a Nvidia card... There could be another reason seeing how the other computer was going on almost 5 years old, but no idea why it's an issue now.

Unfortunately, my fix was not an optimal fix to the problem, I just no longer play those flashpoints.

Agree with this.

In a party, and two of us keep crashing, so we cannot finish the FP. Get with the program, Bioware and fix the bug you introduced.

Apologies if someone mentioned this already, but I don't have time to read all 12 pages.

Hitting spacebar just as the animation starts works for me (and many others I have talked to). I have had this problem on and off since launch.

I've just crashed through it 5 times today, and 15 times yesterday, mashing spacebar and spamming 1 to get through the conversation doesn't always work, It's the Jump to Hyperspace in the background that crashes me. If me and my groupmembers are fast enough and ignore what is going on we can sometimes get past the crash, maybe 1 in 3 times.

I really wish this error would get fixed, I'm sick of crashing when I go to show off the game to friends and family when they want to see the Flashpoints I do for fun.

I would love to see a fix, whether it's just removing the jump to hyperspace part or bypassing it another way...

I love doing these Flashpoints and as of now I just don't bother. If it was a later FP then I wouldn't mind as much tbh, but as the starter dungeon so-to-speak and how many are effected by this it's really something I hope gets fixed before much longer.

thank you so much for this, it helped tremendously! i was finally able to complete the flashpoint, after relogging almost 20 times to get through the dialogue.

i hit alt+tab at the start of the convo and waited for a few mins, it went smoothly after that.
