Please. It's not about real time currency equivalents. This is major screw up and it's not the first time this has happened in some degree recently. This wasn't just some unavoidable malfunction, either.
Faith is easily shaken in this game. And why am I not surprised lol.

I agree, but I doubt that they'll blanket give everyone game time or CC or anything. I think people affected will have to call customer service and complain

I just don't have that much faith in Bioware's goodwill these days, I suppose.

personally I dont DEMAND anything. Someone messed up they've tried to fix it.

Now, would a bone be nice, sure. I wouldn't be surprised if they fast tracked a subscription appreciation event. However as anyone knows, do it once...do it ALL the time.

I'm sure they are extremely embarrassed because of this, but asking anything more than an apology might as well ask someone to fall on their own sword.

ps. I'm sure there are people here who would be willing to supply sword and even help with the falling.

That's all fine you added up how much we lost. However, did you calculate the amount that people will be paying for internet bills? Some people have download caps and redownloading the game entirely is going to cost people some extra money.

Luckily, I don't have a cap. But I'm thinking of those who do here and if I'm not mistaken, you get overcharged for going over your cap.
