personally I dont DEMAND anything. Someone messed up they've tried to fix it. Now, would a bone be nice, sure. I wouldn't be surprised if they fast tracked a subscription appreciation event. However as anyone knows, do it once...do it ALL the time. I'm sure they are extremely embarrassed because of this, but asking anything more than an apology might as well ask someone to fall on their own sword. ps. I'm sure there are people here who would be willing to supply sword and even help with the falling.
