I'm happy to report that my mission progress was advanced to the final stage as well. The ticket reply even had a personal touch, referencing my comments comparing HK-51 to HK-47, and my desire to acquire my sniping buddy.

I'm definitely satisfied with the resolution in my case.

They should. I reported my boyfriend's reset as well since we were doing ours together and the agent said she would handle his as well.

Ha, great minds think alike I guess. It was a great quest line to duo with your gaming partner if you had one. I am waiting to finish now that mine is advanced until hers is handled too, then I suppose we will have to find something new to do as a couple in the game...

Hmmm, there's a thread topic if I ever saw one.

CS finally fixed it for my remaining 5 characters on Saturday (28/9), only had to create 7 tickets. After the first CS rep didn't read my 2nd ticket properly & only fixed it for 1 character, I then raised another 5 tickets - 1 for each of the 5 remaining characters. That seemed to work as Dan fixed all 5 for me, ty Dan.
The email I was sent had a link to do a survey but it just said thanks for completing the survey when I went there so the survey site is broken as well.
It's your fault you put me in charge!

I would also like to give a big thumbs up to Eugene who kindly set my reset HK-51 mission to the final stage, instead of being back at the Theoretica. Excellent actions from the CS!

I just wanted to revisit this thread and say that they are still honoring this. I had at first thought I was unaffected by the quest reset, but last night when I logged in on a character I don't play much I realized I had been rolled back on that one toon. I submitted a ticket in the "Mission" category, and logged for the night. when I checked my account htis morning it had already been fixed.

I know people had long turn around times and problems early on, but my guess is that was mostly because they were backlogged and/or still trying to make all the CS staff aware of the situation. Since CS takes a lot of crap when they do something wrong (or even just perceived wrong) I figured they also deserve a call out for good customer service, and I personally think they are doing a great job.

As annoying as this rollback was, I think they handled the aftereffects as well as anyone could reasonably expect.

Goddammnit the Flashpoint parts of HK-51 are bugged but the greatest irony for me is that before the rollbacks I only had the Loyalty chip and Weapon module and neither of the scanned parts now I have the scanned parts but I can't get the flashpoints part.... Fix your **** Bioware.

Although we knew that there were changes being made to the HK quest, I was not aware that it would be resetting your quest progress. If I had known that I would have made sure you were informed.

I have spoken with the dev team to insure that in any situations like this in the future we have as many safeguards as possible so that if players will be affected, I am aware and can notify you. Again, I know this isn't the best situation, losing HK progress hurts. I am working to make sure we don't repeat this in the future.

I agree with Brewski.

Also, plenty of people have gone from 1 piece to all of them so those people probably saved 1,000,000 credits.
