Couldn't have asked for more to be honest...

Now the only issue is actually equipping HK-51 all over again, on the eight characters, lest a similar reset occur later on. You never know...

this is the proper way to handle it , shows they are changing the rules . So give the support some kudo's and loving review , cause it goes to the higher up who think support is redundant in a mmo .

And just replacing them with indian cheaper tech service and other cheap junk .
If you value support they do perform satisfactory , do give then a honest review .
If there hands are tied and you give them a bad review also state that it isn't the person (unless being rude and obnoxious not able to see your point) but it the flaw of the current implemented system or database problems .

I have a HK-51 part (weapons protocol) stuck in my mission item inventory that I would rather not have there. It's appeared -after- I finished the mission sooooo long ago so I guess it popped in when I helped a friend do it or something. I'm unable to delete the item and am also unable to turn it in, obviously, since I have long since finished the mission.
What you get from a referral link: a box of junk and one single server transfer token.

What the other person gets: 500 cartel coins, 100 more each month you stay subscribed, a speeder bike and a droid vanity pet.

Had my ticket closed & message saying it was fixed - Joy of Joys they fixed it -NO THEY DAMN WELL DIDN'T!!
I have the problem with 6 characters - they fixed 1 of them! When will customer support read the whole ticket?
I just wasted another 30 minutes creating more tickets for the other 5 - this time I did 1 for each character.
My patience is running out, re subscribing is looking less likely
It's your fault you put me in charge!

I want to say thank you to bioware. I reported the issue on my character about a week or two ago and yesterday I received a response.

They resolved the issue and I now have my Hk droid.

Thank you bioware. Your customer service did a very good job.

Have a great day.

I reported this issue and got no response, they closed my ticket and removed it from the system, so I can't even follow up with it. It was NOT listed as a bug. Re-opening a second time, but at this point and from the other posts here I have little faith in getting this fixed.

After a week or so CS solved the matter for my char on german T3-M4 server. She just had to go back to the ship to kill the last guy, and is now proud owner of HK-51. Thank you Tina! And also Anna who passed the matter on (though yeah, RP sat wrong in my ear at the time ) Thanks both, you are great!

They did a good job with this. It was fixed to day for me. Took about 4 days which is understandable since this affected alot of people. Good CS job for this matter

I got a response to my ING ticket saying that they couldn't confirm my character had had any HK parts/progress, so they couldn't return anything. Weak.

Second ticket was resolved successfully, with them advancing the quest for me. Now to get them to do the same on my Wife's account...sad that we didn't get to really finish this together, but I have no desire to go through that retarded scanning for part mayhem a second time.

Seems like mixed results in this thread, but in game most folks that talk about it seem to be more than happy with the results.

It might be premature, but I would say they handled this pretty well overall. Seems quite a few folks are satisfied.

Here's to hoping everyone that has this issue gets it resolved to their satisfaction. I wish you all luck.
