I'm not sure how I trust and verify that, but it certainly didn't take me long to find a screen shot refuting their claim.

Time to submit another ticket?
I would definitely resubmit a ticket with the screenshot. CS rep Alan/K5-e2 chatted with me this morning and restored all of my lost collection missions to where I was before the reset. He was real nice about it. However, from other similar comments from above, it seems as if one of the other CS reps who has been answering HK-51 tickets is either overly anal about it, or else just lazy. I'd keep at it.

I've just finished talking to Andy, and he cheerfully completed the mission for me. Just need to have a quiet chat with the Lord of Agony now.

I dread to think what the backlog's like for CS on this, but kudos to them for holding onto their sense of humour as they work through fixing this.

Glad to see some people are getting their parts.

I wish they would get to my current ticket. First 3 were deleted by CS with no response, and current ticket was entered on 09.19. Still open.

Do you have to be online to get your parts? Would be nice if there was an official posting on what you need to submit to get a response. I posted the following under the mission category: Character name, number of parts recovered, and which part I was missing. Is there anything else I need to add/update the ticket with to get the missing parts restored?

Just posting to give you guys an idea on the timetable. I submitted my ticket in the "missions" category at about 4pm on 9/18 (CST, but it doesn't really matter). I got home from classes today (9/23) at 4pm to find my mission advanced. At this point it's looking like a 5 day turnaround time, though there was a weekend in there and they may have reduced staff on weekends, causing a delay in my case.

Would also be nice to know which servers are being *helped*. German PvE server, anyone?
- Ticket 18 Sept with detailed describtion.
- f.unny wanna-be-RP email answer of w/ e droid that the ticket got turned to another unit. I am on a PvE server no less.

Silence since.

I had a good impression of CS so far. Really good. So far.

I asked about this while we were talking, because a couple of friends (with whom I was running the missions) have been affected.

My understanding is that you need to be logged out of the system entirely or playing the affected character and not in an instance. The live chat window popped up for me while I was on a different character entirely and I was talked through what I had to do to help Andy get things sorted out.

What the ****, Bioware? I had every single part. All I had to do was return to the ship in Section X and kill the Lord of Agony (or whatever his name is). And now, I have to return the Theoretika. I submitted a ticket to get it fixed.

I'm a founder, and I'm one of the few people that has consistently purchased a 6-month subscription since release day. If this doesn't get turned around, you can expect that I won't be resubscribing.

You need to create a in game customer support ticket and they will give you back those parts.

They did it for me. It took 5 days but I did get everything restored so good job customer support(and bad job devs for the mistake in the first place).

I was early in the quest, so I don't count.

If you believe that scanning isn't fun, then you haven't played many Adventure games lately.
