I just had my mission advanced to the next stage by CS also - thank you.

It seems that this can only be fixed manually on a case by case basis, so to the others waiting I say just hang in there and hopefully your turn will come soon. I do feel for those affected players who are unable to submit tickets though.

I suspect that BW will be a little more careful with resetting missions such as this in the future as the cost in CS time alone must be quite large.

Confirming that I had my quest advanced to the next stage by the nice folks in Customer Service. I was able to get down to Section X and collect HK. I do feel sorry for any non-subs who don't have the option of getting CS help.

Out of curiosity, how many days did it take for them to get to you? I've had an open ticket for almost 72 hours and no response yet. It is more than a little aggravating.

Either somebody didn't get the memo, or else some of the guys answering the HK-51 tickets are lazy bums who don't care about the people who pay their salaries..

So... no. They don't have to play your toon to advance you. They simply mark progress on a quest line as complete and the toon advances to the next section.

As for what you heard on the fleet, I know initially there was some confusion by all involved while BW was trying to figure out what was going on. Again, I was with some guildies the morning after the patch and helped them try to sort it out. It may be they got wrong info from BW at first, but now if you submit a ticket they are taking care of you one customer at a time. I don't speak for BW, but I'm relaying what I'm seeing first hand.

Just make sure yours was a ticket and not a bug request. I know a couple of peeps that submitted bug requests and had no progress until the submitted a Customer Service ticket.

It took a little longer than that - about 3.5 days - so hopefully they will get to you soon.

For the love of god i was halfway done now i must start again!
Could someone tell me what was changed about the hk quests that made them reset it!
