I think after today we all have a right to be concerned about maintenance going way over the allotted time. That said I'm hooked and won't be going anywhere for at least a year but still better communication going forward will be appreciated.

Thanks once again for having maintenance at the exact time our raid starts! I don't know why these short emergency patches can't be started a little earlier so they arn't in the middle of Our prime time!?

What is the difference between 2.3.2 and 2.3.2a? What is broken that there needs to be a second patch right after?

Quite a few things. Every single patch Bioware has done for awhile now breaks something or glitches something. Every single one. They really need to get their act together.
