So nothing from the Clone Wars animated series is canon?
Because of that, Wookiepedia invented several *levels* of "canon".

Then to top it off...everything else that followed. They were told the current sets of armor looked nothing like star wars... so they introduced this crap.

Whats sad is now the war hero gear will be amongst the more attractive sets if the excremental new sets go live

I just looked it up, that's sad.

That still puts the animated Clone Wars series high up in canon. It's not like there's any conflicting information about lightsaber colors anyways, the other crystals are rare during the time of the movies.

Firstly on planet EARTH (Real life) there are many different fashions which change as time goes by.

There are a lot of outfits that are similar to the outfits in the films, your right though no exact match. I find it highly unlikely that they will ever produce an outfit to exactly fit your requirements whatever they may be as it's not 100% clear what you actually want. Maybe you could draw some designs and send them in!?

The majority of posts regarding Jedi robes are regarding hood down not the gear not looking like the movies!

So back to the first point, as this game is set before the films it's not surprising that the fashion is different as that style has not been invented yet!
Reading the Forum, just shows how stupid some people are. Which probably includes me for getting involved

Well, THE BOSS made it, so, to me, there's only few things to argue against that.

For me, as an author (I'm writing fantasy short stories), the far WORST thing to imagine is fans who would argue against me, against what I had invented
What ? What I invented in the first place is wrong ? That i should have "invented better" in the first place ? That MY WORLD is suddenly THEIR WORLD ? Why are so-called "fans" then taking MY WORLD suddenly out of my hands ? Are they believing that they must protect MY WORLD against ME ?

To me, this is just insane. To have people saying that i shouldn't have invented things because I invented them badly / the bad way.

This is like hijacking intellectual property. This is like taking intellectual property as an hastage.

And another question arises, then : If they believe that they should protect MY creations against MY inventing, then
WHY don't they invent THEIROWN WORLDS themselves ?
WHY would it have to be MY worlds they'd hijack/take as hostages INSTEAD of defining THEIR OWN worlds ?

This is just insane. And it shows me to NEVER trust ANY fanatic.

Oh lord here we go... are the fans the canon or is king george the canon and should all fans (besides me) be hated?

How I despise this debate... -goes and plays TOR-

Nothing from KOTOR, the game this MMO is based on, is canon? Maybe you're playing the wrong game then buddy, you're clearly not the fan you claim to be.
You Good Sir, obviously haven't read the previous posts I've made referring to the above mentioned. Don't be lazy and make some half witted comment without looking first .. just saying.

Bonus - no speeder clipping attached
Ummm ... that's what I've been saying. I said in previous posts in this thread that I am not talking about the robes. I don't care about the robes. I'll say it again because obviously reading past posts seem to be to tedious for some. I'm glad somebody got the point here. =D Thanks.

Funny how you guys keep dropping this line. Yet so many other aspects of the game copy elements from the movies. Starships, weapons, droids, speeders, shuttles, and now even a new companion which from what people say didn't exist back in that time period.

Wait for it.....

There fixed it for ya.

There's a lot of odd gear out there but it's gotten a lot better also. I am not so sure you represent a majority of people here. You've got to realise that your appeal to "game developer doesn't listen" is just a bit silly. They have listened and changed a lot of things, but as in life, you can't always get what you want....or the way you want it.

Could they do more? Sure but to say they don't listen at all is just not a fair assessment. Your title thread is misleading therefore. It's not about EA/BW not listening for two years but you not being happy with your wardrobe choices. That's not the same thing. I am sure they have heard you....doesn't mean you are gonna get what you want and how yo want it now or ever. It sucks sometimes but that's life.
