^^ did not get the memo I guess.

Or... thinks 1 credit + everyone can buy one = over-priced.
When you find yourself surrounded by hostile Clowns... always go for the "Juggler" first.

nope. I have no idea how they fixed it.

You - "Bioware defrauded me when they didn't put the table in Cartel Packs"

Judge - "How many US dollars did you spend on Cartel Packs"

You - "Cartel Packs cost Cartel Coins. I spent xxx on Cartel Coins."

Judge - "So you paid US dollars for Cartel Coins and got all the Cartel Coins that were advertised?"

You - "Yes."

Judge - "Case dismissed."
Actually you are converting real world currency into digital currency in the form of cartel coins. You then used that currency to purchase an item. You would have a case if you could prove intent...and if the EULA didn't force arbitration.

No court would ever rule on digital currency. You say "converting real world currency" but you're not converting anything, you are BUYING Cartel Coins.

Amber has already said their solution. Putting the emote and the table in the rep vendor with 0 rep requirement and costs only 1 credit. Bind on Pickup.

Quote:
We are aware that the Emergency Medical Table toy and Mood: Outraged that appear in the Collections Window were erroneously omitted from the Shipment 3 Bounty Packs. To remedy the error, the items will be sold via the Bounty Supply Reputation Vendor in the Cartel Bazaar. Each will cost one credit, will not have be a Galactic Reputation Requirement, and will be Bind on Pickup. This will be included in an upcoming patch, and at the same time, we will remove the Emergency Medical Table and Mood: Outraged from Collections. We apologize for any confusion that this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Queue whining about how it should have been free and/or how Bioware should pay people to take the item.
Unsubscribed due to no new Operations.
I am happy that there will be a renewed focus on story, I love story, its why I picked this MMO. But I picked an MMO, not an episodic single player RPG that I have to pay a subscription to receive the episodes.

Yep.. which is buying access to select digital content, not services and not possessions. No different then a subscription really. The player has no rights to digital content, other then to play with it.

The "conversion" argument would indeed be quickly dismissed as frivolous, before even hearing a case. People act like the MMO industry has not already figured all this out and lawyered it to death in their EULA and operations policies.

Because people spent $40 specifically just for a chance to get a rest item without any regard for the other items in the packs? Sorry, nobody is going to believe that. Enough with the "I bought a hypercrate just to get the Emergency Medical Table" nonsense, lol.
