Your both wrong because "The customer is always right" is a figure of speech. And in that example the customer was right. He wanted a faster horse. If henry ford came out with a faster horse he would have sold it to the customer

If you make products the public doesn't want, they don't buy it and you go bankrupt. Its a pretty simple idea that Andryah and others are arguing against perhaps just to argue. When BW/EA does not listen to their customers, they leave. Simple as that.

My point was actually that customers don't articulate their needs well. They didn't want a faster horse, they wanted to get from A to B quicker.

I wish there were not.. as it would make everyone's life easier.. but it is what it is.
