Not all of the people that complain actually have a valid reason to complain. We all know that, we've seen it happen again and again with people who will complain about anyhting because that's what makes them happy. And then they'll threaten to quit and still be here 3-4 months later.

That last part is not directed at you, but you and I both know that people do use that as a way to threaten Bioware to get what they want. A serious company shouldn't succumb to every little threat.

That said, I'll be leaving as well at the end of September. I've been here since launch and I've had a lot of fun but I completely disagree with Arenas being in the same queue as Warzones and the fact that the "plague" of premades vs pugs will just get worse in 4vs4 Arenas. That, however, is my personal gripe with the game and I will let Bioware know on my way out that they've lost a subscriber because of it.

They are, however, under no obligation to change their plans - which they think will help the game - to meet my personal expectations of it. They will only change their minds about an X issue if enough people leave the game stating that X is the reason why they left.

That is why entitlement posts don't work - it's completely pointless to make 100 threads about how something should be for me to enjoy the game, while I continue paying them even without those stuff.

Me? I'm happy and staying but more power to you if you have decided the product isn't for you.

You must be typing frantically fast right now, your grammar and tense is going downhill as the day's run on.

Read me more often, IMO. I misuse grammar and tense deliberately at times. Spelling too. One of my favorites is "please to yada_yada_yada" Have fun with the language IMO.

Besides...keeps people like you on your toes.

It was the first non-wall of text I could be bothered to let into my eyeholes.

Thank you, Andryah.
I've enjoyed the game so much that it would be dumb of me to say that I will never give it another go. I will certainly keep an eye out for changes, improvements and new content and I will come back if/when I feel it's a good moment to do so.

Jeez, give them a break. If they enjoy writing walls and walls of text that only a handfull of people are going to read, then it's fine by me Don't hate on people just because they feel they have accomplished something by trying to prove someone wrong over the internet.

We as customers will never be able to "dictate" where this game goes. Contrary to popular belief, the customer is not always right.

We as customers can offer suggestions for improvement, we can voice our displeasure (constructively) but we have no leverage to dictate anything.

The only real power we have is our wallets. If we don't like the product, we don't buy the product. If we tell the product owner why we aren't buying the product, they may or may not listen depending solely on just how many people aren't buying their product.

Major changes will never be made based on a handful of ragequits. They have a better chance of being made if enough people give well reasoned arguments as to why they need to be changed.

This isn't entitlement. Entitlement is when someone wants something because they feel they are owed it and not because they have earned it. There is no entitlement involved in wanting this game improved.
