Does it really matter anymore if someone said it was tuesday? Proving them right or wrong won't mean anything, and I presume they can read Eric's post just as well as anyone else.

People just need to simmer down and wait for the event to hit. One day isn't going to make that much of a difference and actually frees up Tuesday(reset day) for PvE guilds to get their weekly OPs done among other things.

Yes, it has been postponed until next week. Don't listen to Eric, he is misleading you, do not do the bounty hunter quests tomorrow! They will be next week, not tomorrow, I implore you, don't do them tomorrow.

No I was in beta, played on day one of early access. I did not remember the Rakghoul event starting on a Sunday. But if you will remember, that was a surprise event, not really a scheduled one. So it can be considered different if you want to get that technical.

Fact remains, the "SWTOR Week" starts on Tuesday. Everything resets on Tuesdays, almost every patch is released on Tuesday, almost every event has started on Tuesday.

Again, I am not whining about the start date, I just think its weird. Sure it threw off my plans, but its just a game, I'll play it when I play it.

And for the guy saying server consolidations, well, did they really have to do both in the same week? I don't think that is a valid excuse.

Not that they need an excuse, per se.
Unsubscribed due to no new Operations.
I am happy that there will be a renewed focus on story, I love story, its why I picked this MMO. But I picked an MMO, not an episodic single player RPG that I have to pay a subscription to receive the episodes.
