This game sucks in so many ways that I doubt I could list all of them, yet I still spend hours per day playing it. A few of my bigger complaints:

- The worst lag of any game I've ever played
- More glitches than any game I've ever played
- The worst customer service of any game I've ever played
- More DCs than any game I've ever played
- Key moves that don't work unless you press them twice, often giving a partial, epileptic start to a move without actually executing it (rapes your dps for dps fans)
- The great "no moves will work this time" glitch where all moves do the same as the above and you can literally get destroyed by a protocol droid because you can't fight or defend yourself until after you've reset back at the med center, costing you hundreds of thousands of credits throughout the course of the game that could be spent towards gear.
- 30%+ miss rate on certain skills even with over 100% accuracy
- No functional auto target feature
- No regularly functional "Target Nearest Enemies" feature (most of the time I'll pick up a target off the screen and have to re-target multiple times just to attack the add that's standing right next to me)
- Having to manually click on most of your targets
- Camera zooming way in or way out every time you get off your ship, an elevator, or a taxi
- Extremely impatient people and quitters in HM flash points.
- Getting stuck with gear you couldn't possibly need on HM flash points (I'm a sentinel who regularly gets willpower gear - never anything with strength or the stats that would actually benefit my toon)

And this list could go on but I'll stop here because I'm obviously a masochistic glutton for punishment who keeps spending countless hours, every single day, playing a game that I have a terrible love/hate relationship with and that is, in many ways, the worst game I've ever played. #endofrantandyesitfeltgoodtosayallthat

Half the issues are you, your machine or your connection.

I know I know, you have the fastest connection on the planet and the biggest rig any man has put together.

I play from Oz, have a small amount of lag, game never glitches and rarely have issues with abilities.

But hey, now you can call me a fan boy and move on.

i haven't experienced half the problems you have. my problems lie elsewhere. but the last little thing, about gear. have you ever played an mmo before? it's just what happens. it's called drops, man. random chance. sorry you have bad luck.

I have my own gripes about the game and haven't even played in months due to boredom until a few days ago, but I keep coming back because it's the only viable Star Wars MMO out there. Just wanted to say that I don't have, nor have I experienced, almost any of the problems you mentioned. My ping is always between 70 - 100, and I've never once DC'd in this game, or had a crash. I've been playing since closed beta...

Relationship problems are best handled in private, not in public.
When you find yourself surrounded by hostile Clowns... always go for the "Juggler" first.

The Lag is MOSTLY your problem.
- More glitches than any game I've ever played
I hardly experience any glitches.
- The worst customer service of any game I've ever played
Never had any issues with CS-- normally a quick phone call.
- More DCs than any game I've ever played
Your issue. The only time I'd ever had DC's was while I was switching providers.
- Key moves that don't work unless you press them twice, often giving a partial, epileptic start to a move without actually executing it (rapes your dps for dps fans)
Never had this issue.
- The great "no moves will work this time" glitch where all moves do the same as the above and you can literally get destroyed by a protocol droid because you can't fight or defend yourself until after you've reset back at the med center, costing you hundreds of thousands of credits throughout the course of the game that could be spent towards gear.
Never seen this problem.
- 30%+ miss rate on certain skills even with over 100% accuracy
Those skills wouldn't be in a good rotation, then, would they?
- No functional auto target feature
Is this needed?
- No regularly functional "Target Nearest Enemies" feature (most of the time I'll pick up a target off the screen and have to re-target multiple times just to attack the add that's standing right next to me)
Is this needed as well?
- Having to manually click on most of your targets
Is it -that- much effort?
- Camera zooming way in or way out every time you get off your ship, an elevator, or a taxi
Never had this problem.
- Extremely impatient people and quitters in HM flash points.
Can't blame the game for that.
- Getting stuck with gear you couldn't possibly need on HM flash points (I'm a sentinel who regularly gets willpower gear - never anything with strength or the stats that would actually benefit my toon)
The point of random rolls...

I went through the quote and highlighted a few things.

All these Issues are caused by your Machine or connection - Nothing to do with the game. And as such - Not Customer Services problem.
I had similar a couple of months ago. Upgraded to BT Infinity and problem solved (only recently available in my area - Suspect the upgrade works caused to problem in the first place.)

Any player worth their salt will switch off the auto target feature IMO [Tab is your friend]

This is an MMO, Get used to stress heads and quitters. Loot tables are what they are. You have an increased chance to get gear drops for your class in HM FPs, but it's not guaranteed

I have to agree, for all her flaws, I'm still playing SWTOR. And subbed. And buying CCs.

Some classes suffer from ability lag, or the dreaded GCD bug where the ability's animation and sound will trigger, the GCD will trigger, but the ability never actually fired. I get that all of the time on my troopers (vanguard and commando).

I and the rest of my guild see many bugs, and they are as follows:

1) Random players will be unable to see Soa in EV when we hit the bottom floor, this usually lasts for about half of the remaining encounter.
2) Players that die during the Soa encounter, their bodies will disappear and will be unavailable for battle rez.
3) Random adds during world boss encounters (all of them that spawn adds) have at least one mob that cannot be attacked due to conflict on location from server to client end.
4) Random players within operations glitch out and appear as if they are hovering.
5) Terrain modeling is sub par causing players to become stuck on objects that appear to be smooth. (Sometimes /stuck does not work on these, and GM assistance takes so long that players cannot get the assistance they need to get out of this situation).
6) Instance phasing is sub par causing issues with fresh players entering an existing ops. (People have to leave the instance, wait for someone who was already locked to that instance to enter first. Trust me, this is a pain in the rear, and should be fixed immediately and has been an ongoing issue since launch)
7) Map modeling is not compatible with all camera settings. Tanks in our guild have complained that they have to move their cameras in when tanking items in caves due to severe camera glitching. I have found myself staring outside of a star ship when mouse-moving my camera around due to the camera not adjusting with my movement.

These are the only ones I can think of off of the top of my head. There are others, since we gripe like little old ladies in our Vent when we run into them.

This is total BS.

I have almost all of these issues on a weekly basis. My internet and my system are perfectly capable of handling other games and activities with no issues. SWTOR needs flat out optimization in many areas.
