Devs please comment on the inability to dye Lore outfits.

I beg to differ. We were able to convince them against their original decision to fix the double hood on Revan's set. We got them to make a compromise and make classic set pieces of the gear from the C.M. Masses can sway the decision.

I don't necessarily see a bad thing about adding dyes to 'lore' items. Rep vendor Revan/Nihilius mask has them, and I don't see people screaming bloody murder they do. Want a black jacket like Calo Nord's or Miras? Have at it. Want to dye the sith triumvirate armor dark red like the pyro/grenade troops in Kotor1/2? why not!?

It's unforunate they have made that decision, but I will not try to convince them otherwise. I just hope they will change their minds however unlikely that is.

Just do what I do, throw in your support when you see a thread that's suggesting a change.

You cannot dye Lore outfits because they have Lore associated with them and are suppose to look a certain way.....

I thought it was self explanatory.
