Just a quick question for Nvidia users. I've experienced some Random Fps dropping in game and ive heard lots of people say there's an issue with the latest driver and wanted to see if anything else has had the same problem and if they've fixed it

I have a state-of-the-art video card and experienced really choppy gameplay too, so I was really angry... but then I found a solution that worked for me (after updating all drivers, etc.)

Set display mode to windowed fullscreen. I have no idea why, but since then it's smooth for me.

Which drivers are you using? WHQL or beta?

I'm running a gtx 570 and the game is fine on high settings, whilst I'm only level 8 it sits above 50fps almost all the time with the latest beta drivers from nvidia

There are numerous problems with this game and the current release of Forceware.

NVidia released a beta driver on 12/21 that is optimized for Skyrim, and also includes a lot of fixes that really improved my visuals and stabilized performance for swtor. Forced AA/AF also now works correctly if implemented in the clientsettings.ini as well as the global nvidia control panel.

I recommend updating to it.
