Same Problem, not bought any coins the last few months, and now I cannot buy anything, I am not gonna call the service number, since it is in UK, and I am sitting in Denmark, don't really understand, what the problem is, as my card word on everything else.
Never argue with an idiot, they drag you down to their level, and beat you with experience

Im 100% sure that there are no problem with our cards...if it does...then why there are tons of players complaining about that "can't buy/purchase cartel coins" . I've been using my card for almost 7 months now and I havent changed any details on it i called my bank and there's no problem wit my card at all...itz theirs not ours.

Same thing - just logged on. Tried to buy coins. No dice. Problem is obviously with the system, not us.

UPDATE: After switching to IE can confirm that it was a browser issue for me. Completed purchase after switching from Chrome to IE. Try this temp fix and clear cache as recommended. If you are able to complete a purchase with Chrome, please post.

Ok, so I deleted everything in the cache on both IE and Chrome, but I still get the same error. Looking at the amount of posts asking about this issue I would think that it is something you guys are working on right now, since it's costing you money. One of my free to play friends wanted to upgrade to subscriber the other night and she was met by the same error. Do you have any updates on your progress on this issue?

Ok, I tried to clear the cache on 3 different computers at 3 different locations now, and I'm still getting the error. So without being an IT specialist I'm starting to suspect that this has nothing to do with the browsers, but has everything to do with my account. What has changed over the last month that all of a sudden locks my account? And yes, before you ask, my credit card is valid and working just fine. You really need to look into this, and no - I'm not going to call anyone about an issue you're having with a ton of accounts.

What browser(s) are you using?
Have you tried a different browser? Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.
What I have noticed is that it's usually the cookies you need to clear not just the cache.
