She has no obligation to. As a paying customer any and all criticism of this game is valid. She is voicing out things that he doesnt like. That is more than enough and is better than the lot of seemingly mindless biodrones who continue to head mountains of praise on BW without ever criticising the flaws - even if they see it. It sends the wrong message just like "Please add this feature NAO Ill gladly pay 1000000CC for this!!"

Shes given her criticism and that is enough feedback. Its not her job to suggest improvements or help bioware figure out how to improve the game. (as if they ever really listened to feedback) If enough people are not happy about something it is Bioware's job to fix it.

Should of been a pack with goodies like.

Carth Onasi's Blaster
HK-47 Customization
Ebon Hawk Mini Pet
Star Forge Mini Pet
T3-M4 Customization (for the JK Droid Companion)
Kotor Republic Trooper/pilot outfit.
Star Map heal item.
Path of Revan(glow effect toy lasts until death or canceled body glows like Revan in the Foundry (at start)
Path of Malak (glow effect toy lasts until death or canceled boy glows like Revan in the Foundry (darkside 50% health or less)
Path of Bastila(glow effect toy lasts until death or cancled body glows like Consular heal ability)
Zaalbar Customization (for Smugglers Wookie)
Rakghoul holo. (makes your character look like a rakghoul)
Baaca's Ceremonial Blade(keshyyk zaalbar quest story item)
Bastila Shan Training Holo Statue
Darth Malak Training Statue
This would be really nice

As an aside if they did something like this i feel they should charge F2P something like 500CC, Subs something like 50 and if you are a sub that can prove you own KOTOR then BW gives you a 50CC voucher to buy that KOTOR anniversary pack

The "give them time" part is what people will have a problem with, though. We all know that MMO players want everything now. They have literally no patience.
The original SWTOR players who have stuck by this game from the very beginning were initially very patient, until Bioware wore our patience out by taking our support for granted.

How else do you think the soon™ running joke came about?

It's a gag brought over from World of Warcraft. Blizzard invented "Soon™", not Bioware.

You simply cannot please everyone with one gift.
From what I understand it is not about giving a gift that is unique to each and every individual subscriber. Its about giving a thank you gift that is unique to subscribers (ie as a whole)

500CC was lazy. Does'nt mean i dont appreciate it, because I do. I even purchased my first ever gambling pack with a portion of their free credits!

Doesnt change the fact that the 500CC was a lazy (and somewhat insulting) attempt to try and appease subs who have been feeling undervalued for the last few months. For me this is just another indication of the poor attitudes of the devs and the bad direction of this (now) CM focused game

sorry its actually coming soon™

I dont know anything about Blizzard since I wont touch WOW with a 10 foot pole, but if you look at the forum archives you will quickly lose count of the number of dev posts hyping up some (supposedly) big thing that was coming soon (ie: their many attempts to con people in to staying as the subs continued to bleed)

Many of the gripes of the original players are because many of those coming soon things are now appearing in a watered down version on the CM

Yeah, Blizzard invented "Coming Soon™" which shortened to "Soon™", with their promises of Emerald Dream, Player Housing, High Elves, etc.

Most of the SWTOR launch players were former WoW Veterans. A lot of WoW General Forum gags and gimmicks migrate among internet forums.

This bit really made my day. Good on you Ayelinna!

Jeebus, just because we play the game doesn't mean we have to blindly love it like some of you do, and defend it to the point where any critical post—whether constructive or not—is said to be made by a "hater", "complainer", "QQ'er", etc. Even go as so far as to call out the OP for "trolling".

Like, seriously?!

QFT

The mindless hate of anyone who has any sort of complaint against this game or against Bioware has been at insane levels for months now...
