But I can honestly say the Cartel Market is insulting to people who sub to this game. I was so happy when I heard that the new companion was going to require level 40 legacy. Finally something to reward the people who have invested real time into your game. But no, you greedy bastards decided that if you can get real money you don't want to cut off the flow of your gold streets. I'm done, that was the straw that broke the camels back.

P.S. - When a show that is about your game brings up another title in examples to improve (Guild Wars 2, a true F2P experience) you should get your act together.
Couldn't have said it better myself.

While true, even you gotta admit that it is a very weak and self serving "gift". It was meant to show "appreciation", but to me it just screams "buy more!!!". While I honestly have no issue with it as "the gift" (because I don't know what would have been better), I do think it was weak and rather lazy.

Then again, some people think that just because they pay a subscription to an MMO that they are special in some way and deserve things that other don't. These people are beyond help, no matter how much you try to tell them paying a sub does not make them special or that non subscription players sometimes give the company the most financial support.

Some people think that bringing up the same things over and over on the forums will change something. These people are beyond help as well.

Thank you and have a nice day.

Then again, some people live with irrational fears, such as, the fear that if anything negative is said about an object of their affection, like a video game, that somehow that will negatively impact the games development or make the developers cry and go home for the day.

Some people would rather sheepishly remain silent and pretend everything is fine than to speak up and let it be known that they expect better. Some people believe they don't matter...and truthfully, with that attitude, they don't.

Some people, like you, believe that F2P players spend the most lol...which is so obviously false dude. It's very clear that people unwilling to drop $15 on a sub, are not going to surpass the spending of those who actually DO pay a sub fee. Look around...who has the newest Cartel gear? Who drives the newest speeder? Seriously...this is such a grossly false assumption by you...what on earth made you think this?

You're welcome! You do the same!

Look, another thread made by the biggest complainer. Don't you have something better to do with your life?

And no, what you're doing is not giving constructive feedback, all you ever do is complain.

And LOL at the "harassment" posts of yours when people tell you something that differs from your view on things.

This thread should have ended on page 4 after this post.
Unsubscribed due to no new Operations.
I am happy that there will be a renewed focus on story, I love story, its why I picked this MMO. But I picked an MMO, not an episodic single player RPG that I have to pay a subscription to receive the episodes.

I actually liked the 500cc grant myself. That said, I feel like to thank subscribers they should just add that to our normal monthly stipend. 15 bucks a month netting you 10 bucks a month in cartel coins + a few small perks seems pretty reasonable to me. *shrug* I don't want something unique, I just want to be able to keep my fashion up without going entirely broke in RL.

I think I said in some cases a non subscriber pays more. I would bet there are a number that pay more than the $15/month a subscriber pays. Collectively, It's an unknown to us if the non subscribers as a whole pay more than the subscribers, but would be an interesting data point.

As for negative vs. positive feedback, both have pros and cons. As long as the feedback is productive, it has merit.

IMO, the 'feedback' I have seen form the OP in my short time on these forums has been less than productive. In referring to the fragile egos you describe with your post, I think the OP would be on that list.

Well if a couple of dudes went to all the bother and expense of making a high-quality video and paying all the money it costs to distribute it on youtube, they must be on to something.
