What have you done with your Double Exp Weekend?

healed scum and villainy and terror from beyond on an alt, made a kickass roast chicken after shopping at local farmer's market, almost finished getting my sage through chapter 2 and am well on my way to finishing bounty hunter story. having some setbacks due to Belsavis >_> oh and gained another legacy level.

all in all - not bad

though I do agree that double xp should be optional rather than mandatory. because choices and options are nice

Let's see...

I played some on Friday but had to leave for work before the Double-XP started (I hate working second shift)

Had to work overtime on Saturday, then didn't get a chance to play once I got back because of thunderstorms, power outages, and a tornado warning.

Had a family thing earlier today, so I didn't get a chance to log in this morning. I'm finally about to log in and get some game-time in.

So yeah, all that leveling I was hoping to get done this weekend kinda didn't happen.

leveled my Sage from 31-43 so far..probably more tonight and hit 50 by time it's shut off.

I do find the complaints about it funny..I'm not against them making it optional with some kind of toggle but...I bet a lot of the complainer's about double xp are the same people that criticize others for complaining about the likes of the rakghoul event being forced on others and how terrible the gree event is with PvP zone quests.

regardless...since I've played every story at least once..and some multiple times....I'm very glad for this double xp.

when I started the game I was loving it..got toons to 50 and would delete them and start over...since you can level a toon to 50 in about a week if you play at between a casual and hardcore pace..didn't think I'd get sick of it.

I've probably deleted 10+ 50's...and restarted...I'm not dumb enough to do that anymore since the leveling is so tedious now I've been sitting on characters for a long time..so this double xp is awesome for finally getting them back up again and seeing the class stories that I liked again.

Absolutely nothing because im not getting my otp email...............

Well, for part of this weekend I got to read concrete proof that some people will complain about anything.

I've been playing with my friend. His computer can't really handle Alderaan's graphics or something and he's lagging horribly in there, so we tried to get our mercs so overleveled that we could skip Alderaan.

wait what deleted 10 50+ characters? good lord man.

i worked...

but each morning i was able to get on and complete my FP dailies on the toon im working on, and i started a smuggler which i am undecided in which AC i should take her for now

I got to play with my brother who's in Austalia. We were thinking of rolling Imp-side toons so when this came up we did and are loving it. On chat, we discussed strategy to beat out the Rebel scum but also took the time to talk about our respective RL BBQ season and what we deiced to rock delicious-style: smoked meats and veggies and also whiskies we were digging paired with what we made on the grill (or barby or whatever)

He enjoys his Garfield orange fat Sith cat warrior while I'm playing an IA Zabrak with Brian Eno hair. Man am I feeling the pressures of how scary everything is. BW does scary/ funny like no other.

Also we teamed up to find HK parts. We had a blast!
