If you had so little time left that you couldn't sit through a 30 second cutscene, why did you run the FP anyway? Sounds to me like planning your game time better may have avoided this issue full stop.

Also, saying "spacebar" comes with a note of "I wasn't asking....!" to it, not many people like that. Try maybe asking politely. If you cannot do that, then do not ask.

I will grant you this however, the tanks response was pretty childish, no matter what the provocation from your end.

It's not all about you. Some people enjoy cutscenes and maybe haven't even seen it before. If you get so bothered by it, sorry, but you are the one who needs to make a change. Sit through the scene or leave and find a new group.

I wouldn't kick you for this, but I sure would ignore you and just keep watching that glorious story unfold.

That would not go with what the Head BW Writer recently said in his speech.
"It's now very common to hear people say, 'I'm rather offended by that.' As if that gives them certain rights. It's actually nothing more...than a whine. 'I find that offensive.' It has no meaning; it has no purpose; it has no reason to be respected as a phrase. 'I am offended by that.' Well, so *********** what." - Stephen Fry

1) NOTHING in group play is a given. There was your first mistake. That's why a 2 minute discussion at the start to agree on what the group does/does-not want to do is both appropriate and avoids issues.

2) We are only hearing your side of things. And of course these kinds of frustration threads are always 100% objective, accurate, and righteous..right?

From the description... it was you and three people from the same guild, maybe even RL friends for all you know. Clearly...they wanted to play the encounter differently then you did. Sounds like you wanted to run the encounter "your way" and they did not. You probably ware rude about it.. though none of us can know for sure since we were not there... but if they kicked you.. you clearly did something the majority disagreed with.

TL;DR vote-kick...working as intended. Next time...be more polite with players you don't know.
When you find yourself surrounded by hostile Clowns... always go for the "Juggler" first.

Not quite the point. If you play a tank, vote kicks become irrelevant. You instantly get another group when you queue up. So maybe they won't kick the tank, sure. But if they do, it didn't really hurt you.

OP, you're in the quickest flash point with the least dialog. Suggest learning to play better with others if you intend to keep playing with others.

I did a flashpoint thinking I had plenty of time, however I had a phone call and my time was cut in half. Not my fault

I really hate seeomg people say "spacebar" even though I *always* spacebar.

If you had said at the start of the instance "hey, I have limited time, got family coming over, can we spacebar through the cut scenes?" then it would sound less rude, and if people don't listen to that, then they are clearly being rude. But please understand that you set off negative emotions in people by just saying SPACEBAR.

One time there was one guy in the group that didn't want to spacebar, he didn't say a word, but because he wouldn't spacebar two other guys in the group just complained and harassed him non stop the whole instance. They weren't in a hurry, they just were like, "ugh I am tired of these cutscenes, bioware fix this problem for us already omg"

The glorious story of what? ITS HAMMER STATION? you save engineers or kill them simple as that. It is obvious that Bioware put that scene in there to just throw in a group conversation, there was no story involved. To add to that it is a hardmode flashpoint. I am quite sure these folks have ran through this plenty of times

There isn't any significant story in hammer station, but on the other hand, isn't there just 1 single cut scene that lasts all of 15 seconds? Is that really going to make or break your day?

For all you saying I was rude, I did acknowledge my faults immediately afterwards and apologized for it. I hope you see this and understand that my attention was not to be rude or "childish" however time and time again I have been through instances where somebody says "spacebar" and the group just rolls with it.
